The entire tournament has been farcical when it comes to reffing welsh games, clearly held up
I mean, it's probably better in the spirit of the game to favour the attacker, but I think he had his hand right under it.

I just don't understand how the ref was so sure it was a try. He didn't even want to check the grounding til Barnsie forced him into it.
