Is Rooney done at the required level?

Again I would say, main culprit for the goal. He lost the ball not even from dribbling. By just keeping it. I think he feels he is the only one in the ground. No awareness of even a player around in his sight. Seriously disgusted with his play.

100% agree.. he puts so much pressure on our defenders how often he loses the ball in bad position where no one expects him to lose possession

Did anyone see that offside goal? He literally '50p' headed it straight into the ground. It barely went in. He's like them basketball players in that cartoon movie. Forgot what it's called, but yeah, he's done!

Space Jam when the aliens took all the basketball players talents

Any of those deluded 50 want to change their vote? The guy is a fecking fraud at this point.

Still not as bad as Rojo, though. Not that it should matter in the slightest.

Starting to really hate him with passion. Don't want to see him anywhere near the first team.

He looks like he should be playing in claret tonight not white

Main culprit for the goal? Absolute nonsense!

Rojo crap header, FM beaten by their man, then Blind ridiculous challenge.

Everything about him is utter shite. It's like playing with a fat Tom Cleverley up front.

It looks like he just hasn't got the legs any more and needs to readjust his whole game. He runs about (almost) as much as he did in his prime, but now his legs are gone so when he gets the ball he just doesn't have the energy to get his legs doing what they want to do. There's been a few examples this season to support this argument.

The only problem with this theory is that it doesn't explain his numerous feck ups early on in games.

No chance. I'd rather he got injured.

Charlton represents so much of what is good about this club. It's probably inevitable but it'll be sour for me.

It was a quality finish.
From 32cm out, he's still got it.

As we all thought, he wouldn't stand out in a championship side. Look at the state of him, as done as done can be.

I'm confused. Is he supposed to be the striker? He's all over the place; usually anywhere but up front.

they make excuses for him like 'he likes to get involved' but the reality is he knows his image gets tarnished when he goes on trying, but missing. so just pretends he's a midfield general.

Its disgusting to think of Rooney as our top legendary scorer.. I hate the thought of it.

Rooney is finished, for sure. Rojo is a never has-been and never will be.. ugh!

He wasn't the main culprit but he started it by needlessly giving the ball away.

He's been utterly fecking terrible.

Just average really. Which in the premier league is bad enough, but to league 1 toilet? Very worrying.

No serious club would take him for free.
For the first time, I'm confident this is his last season with us.

He's done.

The one thing you would expect him to still be able to do despite all his declining attributes is score a tap in, and he still provided an absolutely hilarious miss.

Exactly. Defenders can't keep running back everytime he gets the ball. His play generally is very similar to how I play with 3-4yr old. His next moves and touches are so obvious for me watching on TV. It will be surprising if a player cannot guess it and take the ball away from him. Actually, thinking about it. I don't think the player has to guess. Just being near Rooney is enough. Rooney would find a way to give the ball away.

51 have said Rooney is not finished - feckityfeck me!:lol::lol:
It was 50 a few minutes ago. Someone must have seen that first half and thought "Yep. Still quality, our Wayne is."

Or we have some trolls in our midst.
