Rooney Charged: Faces Two Match Ban for cursing | Appeal lost

We've been fecked over by the FA numerous times over the years but this ia a new low. What happens now when any swearing is heard. Last night a player could clearly be heard screaming "fecking hell" so what happens to them...feck all because UEFA rightly couldn't give a shit. And we know the FA won't give a feck if it happens in the PL.

Bastards. One rule for United...again. Stitched up. Looking forward to hearing Fergie's thoughts on this.

That would be awful in my opinion (not entering the FA cup). Taking the moral high-ground would be the best way to go.

I hope we put it out there that we're highly suspicious of their motives

Given that we had the same commitments last season and looking at the side SAF sent out for the FA cup semi final, Im not sure Rooney would have played anyway. Maybe he does not need it, but given that he has played flat out since his return, perhaps a short rest will help him for the run in. A real shame for us as he is just approaching his top form.

We really do need to do something to respond. It's just ridiculous that our season could be affected by such moronic and inconsistent governance.

If it was anyone other than City, maybe, but he'd definitely have played.

Imagine if a former United chairman was head of the fa and tevez was banned for the game. Just fecking imagine.

I'm not too concerned about the FA Cup or at least I wasn't until we were drawn against Shitty.

What is 'putting it out there that we're highly suspicious of their motives' going to achieve?

Well not much probably. But my point was that I don't care if we're accused of sour grapes. You didn't say it wouldn't achieve anything, you just said it would be sour grapes which to me is irrelevant right now.

The decision is an absolute joke but on the positive side, we play Newcastle 3 days after City and having Rooney fit and fresh is a huge boost for that game.

Wayne Rooney: "I am gutted to miss these two matches ... I am not the first player to swear on TV and I won't be the last"

My point was that it would look like sour grapes, wouldn't achieve anything whatsoever and therefore would be a complete waste of time.

I suppose our best response is to just beat fulham and city.....that is the best two fingers up at the FA we can give, plus we get all the benefit from the results! And they don't get what they obviously would like to happen...

I can't believe how angry I am right now. Of all the pathetic things the FA has done to us, this is right on top.

You miss a bloody Cup semi final at Wembley for abusing?!

I honestly hope the club compiles a list of players swearing every weekend and send it to the FA.

John Terry could clearly be heard telling the linesman to "feck off you cnut" at one point last night.

Or is it ok if it's after 8pm?

We'll probably play only 1 upfront against City, Berbatov can slot into that like a glove

Good thing is Rooney will be good and available for the Newcastle game

Just ridiculous really. He issued an immediate apology after the match, can they not take that into consideration and reduce his ban to one match?

feck them anyway. Shitty fans need to remember that against them will be the pairing of Berba and Chicharito, who are our top two goalscorers.

Both have scored more than Rooney, so they shouldn't be jumping for joy.

The disciplinary system needs to be challenged. It's simply too arbitrary.

What do you suggest exactly then?

Not any sort of official complaint which can be traced back to us, but 'talk to' the media off the record about it and whip up a storm. One of these 'sources close to' jobbies.

I can't see why we should just lie on our backs and accept being fecked by the FA

As good as Berba and Hernandez have been, Rooney is our main man right now and bang in the middle of an amazing run. This will be a huge boost to City.

We should still win though. Need to win Saturday first.
