Ronaldo leaving was the catalyst

Yep, and I was right there with you in that thread, it was so obvious how bad his coming would be here. But I guess not as obvious to majority of Caf.

Think I was put on a lot of ignore lists that day :D

Having had a look back after 31 games of the 20/21 season we were on 63 points and finished on 74. So we took 11 points in the last 7 games, we lost the europa league final to villareal who were like 10th in la liga who we beat home and away with Ronaldo.

People like to pretend everything was great for ole until Ronaldo came but the wheels were coming off, after we bottled the europa league final it was obvious.

Yes, we've been better without him this season, but we've also had 250m of signings plus eriksen on a free and a manager who isn't an amateur

And people tell us oppo fans are good for the forum

I swear the Chelsea, Pool, and City fans aren't this petty on this board.
The recent influx of Arsenal fans has been terrible. Horribly obvious they're trying to bait for replies for their "RedCafe goes into meltdown" threads in their respective forums and not really interested in actually contributing to the caf.

Yesterday doesn't happen with Ronaldo in the team.

Agreed, the team lacks the mentality of a proven winner. Do you think Liverpool would have attacked with such venom with the fear of the great Ronaldo up at the other end? Not a chance. I bet they all stuffed their face with dessert before the game and couldn’t run.
