He's just a great big donkey.
Feel for him. Hung out to dry by the tactics of the twat in charge.
He was used to more attacking positivity at Everton.

Yes, me too. I feel like a true idiot now. Wanted him more than any player, defended him last 2 months and than this game.I'm a massive fan of Rom but he was fecking dreadful today. Worst performance in a United shirt.
He’s a flat track bully who only scores against weaker teams. He’s done it for years. It’s why morata was my first choice in the summer of the available plqyers.
Really we should have tested spurs resolve to a 100 million bid for Kane
Dreadful in what measurement? He obviously is a very talented footballer.
He was never good enough so it shouldn't come as a huge surprise. City had a much better striker sat on the bench watching
He should be shifted to the bench mate. Lukaku on the wing would be way too slow. We need tricky wingers like City have. No more of this “false number 10” bullshit. They have Sane and Sterling, we need to get similar players like Perisic and Griezmann.Let's hope he has the mentality to bounce back. I know I'm going on saying this, but I think he should be shifted to the right for now, and give a Martial or a Rashford a run as a CF.
Especially when the majority of our personnel suit the latter typeThis is what you get when you build a team and go for tall and powerful instead of smarts and technical ability.
The big problem with him that I never thought is he is mentally so weak. He looks lost, he looks terrified. GROW UP YOUR BALL LAD, YOU HAVE COST US THE TITLE.
That is also true, however, Jose got to take a blame as well for not resting him enough throughout, he does look like physically drained person to me at this moment and should not be played for a bit, give him some time to recharge his batteries. He's not playing to his own strengths. It's nobody else's fault he loses physical battles to players the size of Fernandinho.
Really? He's had preferential treatment since day one. If Martial had played as bad as he's been playing, I bet he'd be on the verge of leaving the club.
You were surprisingly quiet about our performance last week. Some fans just love their opinions too much.I'm glad you agree. You couldn't not, really.

There’s some truth to this. He is a 20/30 goal striker but looks a shadow of the killer he was last season. The service is poor and we as a team don’t play to his strengths.
