I see that Enigma 87 has not yet returned, kps88 please pick one player first, if Enigma does not make his pick within 6 hours from now, I would have to recruit a new manager to take over his position to ensure that the competition progresses smoothly. Would anybody be interested? kps88 will move up one place in the drafting sequence (from 16th to 15th) whereas the new manager will take up the last position in the drafting sequence, meaning that he will get to pick the 16th and 17th player.

It is not a punishment Nani Nana, it is purely for the sake of moving the competition forward for all participants and ensuring the highest possibility of smooth progress for the remainder of the competition. I would have preferred him to stay in the competition, however this competition requires time and attention which he may not be able to expend now with probably other more important commitments on his plate.
The implications when turns are missed
1) the manager incurs the disadvantage of scavenging for leftovers
2) the fairness of the drafting sequence is compromised
3) 15 other managers would have to wait for 12 hours to lapse each time before the draft can proceed. I believe they value their time too.
Honestly, I believe this would be better for everyone. I would gladly reserve a place for him in the next competition if he is interested and committed

So I'll go the other way, get a good solid base.
