Nobody won the PL with 100 points, until they did, records can and do get broken

I don't think United will be close to a relegation battle, but to say it's not going to happen because it's never happened before is nonsense
 
Silly me for actually thinking this thread was about the teams in the relegation zone :lol:

There is always a first time... for everything!!

I do understand your reasoning about top and bottom... keep telling yourself that and maybe we will become a better team, the others below us will stay below us, and everything will work out fine.

Trouble is "Football is a funny old game" .....as someone once observed.;)

I'd maybe have a glimmer of hesitation if there was serious quality around the bottom... however the current bottom 3 are far from inspiring.

Southampton and Ipswich are gone but Wolves have potential if they can get themselves a decent coach.
 
I reckon this thread might linger for a while. We are so bad at the moment.
 
Nobody of any real sense thinks that this is actually going to happen.
There’s more chance of City getting relegated than us! Think financial investigation points deductions etc !!!
