Yeah mine too and honestly think that can improve with the role models at the club around him like Marcus & Bruno.
I am not going to lie I do worry about him getting involved with stuff he shouldn't do while on holiday as well.

Plot twist, @BenitoSTARR is actually Grealish, who in turn weirdly follows AZ and Koopemeiners, and posts on redcafe in his spare time.
In all fairness I have to say I agree with you opinion on Grealish, as person, in the thread I've seen. Having actually known people being involved in similar situations, plus footballers getting caught doing something very similar, I found it extremely hard to excuse his behaviour. Wouldn't surprise me if you knew a bit more than the average person on that part of him, based on your opinion.

Reading the Upamecano news, I just remembered that one of their ITKs wrote that Upamecano will sing a 1 year extension and then be sold... Can't seem to recall which post it was though.

Pretty sure you're asking what ITK4 said, which was that Grealish to us is done at 60m. He said it in April or March, IIRC. The first post on the page is from late July.
I won't say what @BenitoSTARR said because it's clear (s)he are worried for their friend/relative and or other involved parties.

Hmmm didn't realise that had been said back in April and really makes me think that figure was only if they went down, otherwise surely he would have signed for the club on Monday. I didn't think this transfer related to Pogba staying because when that stuff came out he was looking much more settled at the club alongside Bruno. Mind you having said that looking at the update on May 2 it suggests that Pogba situation would have an effect on this deal too.

They've been saying for about a month now that Sancho's agent fees are a large issue. The latest Delaney (haha) article with the surprisingly low initial fee could be related to that. AKA if the agent only gets a portion of the guaranteed fee and not a portion of the add-ons.

I take r/muppetiers with a pinch of salt but much of the United news on the May 13th post has turned out to be accurate. Sorry I can't post links.
Do you reckon he is genuinely angry about the situation but is just keeping his feelings out of the press and off social media

Just opinion time now from me but I wouldn’t get tied up on figures if that’s the concern.
Villa are in between a rock and a hard place because they’ve taken 2 of Grealish’s early peak years at a level below where he could be. He’s absolutely done them a favour by staying at the club. At the same time having stayed up they won’t want to one week later sell the player that was a huge part of that.
There isn’t much reason for Villa to rush a sale as they will have been half planning for championship football and half prem until the last kick.
Even taking any “ITK” info to one side it makes no sense for Villa to now keep Grealish unless Grealish wants to stay. I don’t believe he will want to spend another year fighting a relegation battle so then what is more likely. He leaves the club or Villa invest heavily to bolster a more solid campaign?
That's total speculation but yeah I'd imagine he's pretty upset if the two clubs did agree on a compromise like that only for Villa to now reneg looking for another 20m when their owners are so rich and after he helped keep them up, giving them way more than 20m.

If Grealish had assurances that he could leave Villa after this season, after he almost went to Spurs last year then I’d say he has a right to be annoyed by it. Villa pretty much played their ‘one more season’ card last year with him, like we did with Ronaldo in 2008.
I don’t think he’d fancy being double and triple marked every week for another season playing for this fairly ordinary Villa team.

No the ITK shared it with the mods several days ago but the mods withheld the info to see if it actually became true.
Also, looks like the ITKs are doubling down that the Jimenez rumors are bs and that Gabriel is also bs. Think they also are saying that Pau Torres is bs. So we will see if this holds up.

Again, it all comes down to if you trust the mods as they are the ones that have actually seen any "verification" that these ITKs may actually have reliable info. Think you should take all info with a pinch of salt.
But are the mods operating the Patreon?
Do people pay money to get this 'ITK' info? Why? Do they provide some exclusive, behind paywall kinda transfer news to such people?
They release all of the info to everyone, regardless of whether you do the Patreon. The only difference is you get to do a cozy chat with the mods once a month on their discord or some bs like that and also get priority in getting questions answered on their live videos. Basically there is no added value unless you want to make new online friends.
I'd only started looking at it the past week through boredom more than anything.
