Also... feck you
Nostalgia? What's the opposite of recency bias?
Nostalgia?
I felt the same. Season 2 was my least favourite. Season 3 is excellent though and has a very touching ending.
I enjoyed Spartacus season 1 and Gods of the Arena. Season 2 not so much. I never watched season 3.
Just skip straight to season 3 and 4.Watched an episode or two of this when I was a young kid, thought nothing of it. Had no idea anyone else even knew of it let alone it being a top 10 show.
Is this actually better than classics like Only Fools & Horses or Fawlty Towers?
Twin Peaks no1 - @harms knows what‘s what.
The Simpsons is still to come?British comedy has the last laugh.
Since the thick of it never even made it past round 1, this will have to do.
Cartoon not a comedy.
Do you really need to watch entire episodes of that to say that you have watched it, it's basically a series of individual tiktok memes. With 1 of those being Simpsons.
Why must you always try to embarrass me? You were also the idiot who spotted in the gaming version that I hadn't played majority of the games in the top 30Do you really need to watch entire episodes of that to say that you have watched it, it's basically a series of individual tiktok memes.
Hey! That's a lot better than having spent 700 hours on a game and then not putting it as the number one.Why must you always try to embarrass me? You were also the idiot who spotted in the gaming version that I hadn't played majority of the games in the top 30
Is this one of these shows that get lauded for its incredible humour but in the end all it consists of are jokes about poor people and some men who wear dresses, which is supposed to be funny? No. 9 - Black Adder

Oh yeah, that was the moment I realised your words mean nothing.Hey! That's a lot better than having spent 700 hours on a game and then not putting it as the number one.
There are a few shows like this that I've only heard of on the caf and put down to them being popular with the local population or just them being nostalgic and not really meant for outsiders who aren't culturally well versed to get anywhere near relating to that humor. Is this one of these shows that get lauded for its incredible humour but in the end all it consists of are jokes about poor people and some men who wear dresses, which is supposed to be funny?

That, and then again when deciding when to wildcard, and then again when deciding not to captain Erling Haaland. I'll wait for the next one.Oh yeah, that was the moment I realised your words mean nothing.

They really do pay tribute to the original actor at the end of season 3.Does it? I didn't watch it partly because in reality they all ended up getting crucified. Also partly because I missed the original actor.
Dont forget when you said "Street Fighter 2 is one of the best games ever" and then put it like 7th on your listThat, and then again when deciding when to wildcard, and then again when deciding not to captain Erling Haaland. I'll wait for the next one.
This is why I hate doing rankings for things I love!Dont forget when you said "Street Fighter 2 is one of the best games ever" and then put it like 7th on your list
Considering how many good games were ever created that doesn‘t really contradict itself, does it? (You‘re just super an*l about wordings and lists because of ww-recency bias I guess)Dont forget when you said "Street Fighter 2 is one of the best games ever" and then put it like 7th on your list
Nah, I voted it number 1 or 2 (can't remember) and Moby said he will do the same.Considering how many good games were ever created that doesn‘t really contradict itself, does it? (You‘re just super an*l about wordings and lists because of ww-recency bias I guess)
My whole list is the same for me, but I had to upgrade Bloodborne because it was the one that had a realistic shot of getting up in the final results.Nah, I voted it number 1 or 2 (can't remember) and Moby said he will do the same.
That's fair. Bloodborne does look excellent and I feel sad that I'll never play it.My whole list is the same for me, but I had to upgrade Bloodborne because it was the one that had a realistic shot of getting up in the final results.
I'd say it's on an entirely different planet from Only Fools & Horses. Fawlty Towers is brilliant, but also a very different kind of comedy. The thing that makes Blackadder special to me is above all the verbal humour, and in particular the use of sarcasm. I'm not sure that's been done better by anyone, ever.
There's a bit of a divide between the first season and the last three. In the first Blackadder is a mean-spirited and essentially pathetic character, in the last three he's a mean-spirited and essentially superior character (even though life treats him with about equal harshness in all four).
It‘s the only game I‘d ever considered buying a console for (which I ultimately didn‘t). It will come to PC one day, it will..That's fair. Bloodborne does look excellent and I feel sad that I'll never play it.
I was just talking to some guys about getting the logo of the game tattooed on my arm, so yeah, I pretty much love it to bits. The game itself like most souls/from games is excellent, but the world design, theme and lore just takes the experience to another level. Can't describe it in words. That's fair. Bloodborne does look excellent and I feel sad that I'll never play it.
Yeah me too but in the end, I didn't.It‘s the only game I‘d ever considered buying a console for (which I ultimately didn‘t). It will come to PC one day, it will..
Yeah my mate said Hollow Knight is like the 2D Bloodborne. I got an erection hearing that hahaI was just talking to some guys about getting the logo of the game tattooed on my arm, so yeah, I pretty much love it to bits. Oh and I always felt Hollow Knight's gameworld design and even some enemy and boss placements were heavily inspired from it,
There's a graveyard of dreams revolving around BB PC port, BB remaster, BB remake, BB2...It‘s the only game I‘d ever considered buying a console for (which I ultimately didn‘t). It will come to PC one day, it will..
Why?That's fair. Bloodborne does look excellent and I feel sad that I'll never play it.
Yeah in a few things that's true, but HK is definitely not a souls-like overall, but it's nice to see some general similarities. Team Cherry are pretty big souls fans anyway.Yeah my mate said Hollow Knight is like the 2D Bloodborne. I got an erection hearing that haha
Because I only have a Switch.Why?
I'll check that out!Yeah in a few things that's true, but HK is definitely not a souls-like overall, but it's nice to see some general similarities. Team Cherry are pretty big souls fans anyway.
Talking of which, if you haven't go and watch/play (only possible on PC) the fan-made DLC for Hollow Knight. It's just incredible.
Remember that time when you were excited to download and play Silksong? Maybe around 2 years ago?Because I only have a Switch.
I'll check that out!
