Good game mate, thought that was destined for a nil nil to be honest, very tentative game although it opened up at the end. I would have been kicking myself if you stuck that late chance away after I missed an open header in the 6 yard box from the corner.

Lagging is really irking me. Do you Brits lag against each other? Don't think I've ever played a game that hasn't at least a second delay, even though the bars show green.
I've had a small bit of lag against a few lads, yet of all my games UnitedFan's was by far the least laggy....
Completely deadlocked until the goal. A chance a piece plus corners the only danger in this game.
The game lacked some speed. The midfield was congested so the wings were the only real outlets.
I know it's because I live in Iceland. We have rubbish internet. Not only do our providers suck but the line from here to Scotland via the ocean is dodgy as well. To many hubs inbetween routers when you link up to another player.
Not blaming the lag for the latest result. I've played a few games today so I'm kind of used to it today. The first game of the day will always be a bugger though.

Good game Big-Red, main difference there was your good finishing versus my poor finishing in the end. Also your cnutish skill moves, I really have to learn how to use them properly. I look forward to our return fixture 
On a side note, I hate how players are useless at half volleys in this game, I maneuvered an open goal towards the end there and barely tapped shoot yet Kanoute blazed over.

You haven't played FIFA enough until you experience this, over and over again.

Cheers mate. You had a few chances, maybe should've had a goal. And a corner goal is always a bit cheap.
I do intentionally slow down a bit once I have a goal, and keep the ball, I just try to avoid passing it between defenders too much, since its too hard for the opponent to get the ball, and therefore general douchery.

I don't think it was that unfair as a result, the pitch was unplayable. You definitely had a few more chances and got unlucky in the end, very calm creating that chance off the bar.
Nah the un-fecking-believable was about the post at the end. It was a fairly fair result and the pitch was a nightmare, I hate wet surfaces. I also cheated a bit with the keeper only getting a yellow for hacking you down too!
Still, if either of us could finish I'd say it would've been a much higher score.

Yep, It's hard playing well with Porto unless you know the team very well. Both wingers are wrong footed, Rodriguez is left-footed though and probably faster than Varela, a good substitution.
I knew it was a bit of a win-win situation for you. Was hoping for a bit pacier game but I probably congested the midfield by making it a 5-man on my par.
I knew that the game would only end with a win on one side by individual brilliance. Defensive tactics were solid otherwise.
I have this weekly deal with 3 of my mates where we play 2 on 2 through a customized tourny. I was Porto last time and got a bit used to them. But like always online I'm better at defense and worse at offense.
