There’s no single player who can replace Ronaldo on his own aside from Messi. I think Florentino will for for both Hazard and Kane to replace CR7 and Benzema. Neymar? He is just a performer and a cnut.

No one can replace Ronaldo.
I'd go all in for Hazard and kane. The €100 million they got for Ronaldo is a pure bonus so Id throw £120 million and Benzema to spurs for kane and £130 should be enough for Hazard.
I doubt. It's easier to keep James whose role ain't different from Ozil. Ozil just sign but contract. Arsenal,would,want their money back which again is also around James value.
A Galaticos is inevitable with Ronaldo leaving and 100mil fee.
Kane would cost 200m pounds
IMO there are only 2 signings which would make perfect sense to replace Ronaldo:
1. Neymar - for star status, plus good end products (goals+assists)
2. Kane - for sheer number of goals
There are other signings which could improve their squad instantly, but may not be enough to fill the big hole Ronaldo left behind:
3. Hazard - good player but can’t really expect him to score half of Ronaldo’s goal every season.
4. Mbappe - Future best player in the world, would make great signing, but he never prove himself scoring that many goals even in easy French league. But he is still very young so who knows.
5. Salah - would be great signing, but couldn’t replace Ronaldo ariel threats though, which is big part of Real attack. At age 26, he only has 1 worldclass season, so there still some uncertainty imo.

I did put Benzema there as a makeweight but you're right. Spurs would definitely jump at 150-160 plus benzema offer because they won't have to think about replacing kane immediately.
For the role of controlling the possession like Kroos does, I can't think of anyone better. Pogba, Eriksen and Kante are different types of players, De Bruyne is also different and not available and Pjanic and Thiago are not as good imo.
Either way, I'm derailing the thread. There is no direct replacement for Ronaldo as his goal scoring record is astounding. But, I reckon getting say Neymar and Icradi for Ronaldo and Benzema will replace the goal scoring output and add some more creativity.

I'm pretty sure Neymar is the one Perez really wants and I don't think he'll be against signing for them either. The only obstacle is PSG. It will probably help their cause if he pushes for a move.

They did report the Neymar for PSG thing completely accurately last year. They're generally good for PSG news too, but we'll see.

Madrid basically need to fill two gaps that Ronaldo left: goals and marketing. I can't imagine anyone in the world they can sign that can fit that description. The closest would probably be Hazard, Neymar, and Mbappe for the future. Personally I think that Hazard will be a perfect suit for Madrid, while Neymar won't have a guaranteed success in Madrid, being the soft cnut that he is.
A one season wonder, will be back to his usual self next season imo. Soft player that won't last six months in Madrid.

Dont they already have there replacement in Bale who will probably stay now? He is the replacement on the pitch in terms of being the closest player both in type and quality. Any other additions are more a new galatico and poster boy replacement in my mind.
Success is marketable. They need to succeed as a team. Needing a ''face' to market after Ronaldo is irrleevance. Hazard, Bale, another goalscrorer etc. along with winning trophies is enough to market the club.

Because it's Cristiano, and he wanted to leave. I think Flo didn't expect juventus, thought nobody would give him what he wanted and so he'd end up staying in the end. It's not a coincidence that we all the time we were unwilling to pay him what he wanted, but once it turned out juventus would, we caved in. Reports in italy were adamant that 100mil release fee was only valid towards certain destinations, excluding the PL and PSG. Basically the only clubs Flo thought could get him, outside of China(and if he goes to china well...ok)

Mbappe and Neymar are impossible, they’re not likely to get any Galactico this summer and they want to take a chance on young players like Asensio and Vinicius.
Perez sold his shield from criticism and now he’s giving ammunition to the fans. This season won’t be like last, if the results are bad then a bad transfer window won’t just get ignored like it was last season.
No idea if Madrid are having money problems, if Perez has finally decided to barely spend any money or if they’re saving up for Neymar but I doubt Madrid fans will be happy either way.

If it is me I will sell Benz as well and buy Hazard and Icardi. A front 3 with Hazard, Icardi and Bale seems good enough to compete next season.
