I've just checked this out of curiosity, and I'm not sure I'd say it was "shit".
Fergie's overall record there (in the league) was W11, D6, L10. Add the games at OT in too and his record against them was W26, D13, L15, with an aggregate score of United 74 - 64 Liverpool (and 33 of those goals came at Anfield).
Our record at Anfield post Fergie is W2, D5, L5, and our overall record is W6, D9, L9, with an aggregate score of United 22 - 42 Liverpool (with just 6 of those goals coming at Anfield).
We also went a 12 year period (the same as we've now hit post-Fergie) between 1996/97 and 2007/08 where our record at Anfield was W8, D2, L2, and our overall record against them was W15, D4, L6. The aggregate score was United 36 - 19 Liverpool (we scored 19 at Anfield, they scored 6 at OT).
Fergie's final 12 seasons saw us have a home record of W9 D0 L3, an away record of W6, D2, L4 (overall of W15, D2, L7).
Even now, in the worst extended period we've had in decades, and the best they've had in decades, their overall record of W9, D9, L6 hardly screams "dominance" in the same way Fergie's best periods against them did.
