RAWK Goes Into Meltdown 2016-17 Edition

All that '5 times' must piss Klopp off. Being reminded of all the losing finals all the time.

Ferguson was just plain lucky. People go on about 'all the players' that he brought through, but there was a load of them came through and then drips and drabs. It wasn't genius or anything, just luck that they all came through together.

Yes, they will probably sign him, but he will end up costing them over £200 million, and that is far too much for a player who is not even in the top 10 in the world, and is not exactly a great fit for their manager's setup.

Oooo Zlatan did an overhead ooooo

I thought his point was valid. Jose won the CL at Porto, not considered to be a top club in terms of the european game is it?
What's this got to do with the the point of Klopp never managing a top club while Mourinho is on his 3rd?

I thought the whole debate was comparing Klopp to Jose no?
Yeah but wasn't Colins point that the difference between them is that Klopp has only punched above his weight with a 2nd tier club while Mourinho has done that and also moved on to managing top clubs.

I don't get how they can completely ignore Klopp leaving Dortmund near the relegation zone and use the same thing as a stick to beat Mourinho with. It's bizarre.

Liverpool fans on here act the same. It's like they've selective amnesia.

He finished the season in sixth place which gave BVB Europa League football. Nowhere as near as Mourinho's last season.

To be fair Mourinho didn't get to finish the season. If Dortmund would've had a bit less patience then Klopp could have been fired when they were 2nd/3rd to last after half the season.

They finished 7th and were in the relegation zone for a total of 10 match days (bottom for 3). Yeah his form got better after week 20 but Mourinho was sacked before he had the chance to regain Chelsea's form. Plus anyone else would have been sacked at Dortmund by Christmas if they had the season Klopp had.

Not to mention in Bundesliga it's much easier to climb up on the table with a couple of great results than in the PL, where it's all round a hell.

I've said it before that there are some good posters on there and it is spoiled by knobs like Andy@Allerton and JohhnoUnitedsincecreation. Seems they are onto the latest one.

You are right, when they talk about the pre-PL era, they are a lot more sensible and a lot less biased.

Someone has replied to that Peter The Red lunatic. It won't go down well, he will be banned anytime now I reckon.

You're not being objective at all. You're making wild accusations about how Man Utd will do next season. None of us know. If a Manc was writing the rubbish about us that you're coming out with on ShitCafe, I'd be laughing my head off too.

I'm all for laughing at them but let's get our own house in order first. How many times have we finished above them in the last decade? Once? When was the last time we won a trophy? They won the FA Cup last season ffs!

I'll get called a Manc c**t or whatever but honestly, this thread is embarassing as hell. Do I think Man Utd are going to win the league next season? Not a chance in hell. Chelsea or City for me. But writing off their season just because you hate them is ridiculous.

I think we've got the better manager but we haven't got better players than them. So anything could happen. I personally think both us and Man Utd will finish in the Top 4 next season:

1. City
2. Chelsea
3. Liverpool
4. Man Utd

But let's not pretend that they're going to crumble. They've got more money than everyone in the league and they're owners are being ambitious with it. If we were signing the likes of Mkhtaryan, Pogba etc etc then we'd be happy as pigs in shit, make no mistake.

Honestly, I don't know what you're smoking Peter. At first I thought you were just hoping you would get quoted by RAWK Meltdown but you actually seem to believe what you write in here

Wasn't given the chance to turn things round! Who knows he may have got them EL given the full season.

Mate, I don't know if you are a Manc or not, even though you do mention RedCafe pretty often. What I do know is that our two clubs are in a pretty different place at the moment. We are EXPECTING success under Klopp, and the Mancs are HOPING for success under Mourinho. We beat the 7 times champions of Europe in a friendly, and hardly bother about that. The Mancs beat Galatasaray in a friendly, and they want the entire world to know about it. Like I said above, just relax and enjoy the ride. It is coming, and it is going to be hilarious.

My word that fella is completely unhinged.

"We beat 7 times European Champions in a friendly" Deary me! I can't believe anyone would actually say something as idiotic as that.

EDIT: How is Jurgen Klopp a better manager than Jose? It's not even a fecking debate. Yes, Klopp is undoubtedly a good manager, but Jose is a serial winner, and one of the best ever already. Look at his achievements, for feck sake. He had a terrible year at Chelsea but if Mourinho is somewhat clever, then surely he'll learn from those mistakes, like any other person with half a brain would.

What the feck is this? What does any of that even mean? We are expecting success but the mancs are hoping for success

Your either extremely delusional or just going over the top on purpose.
I think he was doing very well to get quoted here until he made that ridiculous statement for which he's getting called out by his own mates.
