RAWK Goes Into Meltdown 2015-16 Edition

Please don't bracket me with so many of the numpties that masquerade as today's United fans . . .

I would rather - and this is saying something believe you me - that Monchi came and Van Gaal had stayed!! FFS that's some sacrifice I would have been prepared to make right there!!
I hate the Portugueser that much - and on top of that, I hate him with a passion.

I believe NOT in purchasing power in order to produce a team but in quite the opposite. I know that it doesn't fit with the "Success NOW or get to feck out of it and make room for another Patsy appointee to the hot seat" philosophy that pervades today's game.

However the ONLY true way to deliver an end product of top quality is to spot youngsters early enough who have the showings of latent talent and especially when allied to that talent, there's an early insight into the grown-up person that with careful handling, they will ultimately become. Any hint of strong personal individual discipline that gives them their feet on the ground with a proper ethic for working hard and learning needs to be nurtured whilst never stifling their individual creativity. I know I'm stating the blindingly obvious here but NEVER appoint a manager who doesn't have the real essence of the game in his blood or the eye for what he feels in his bones is what makes for all that's good in football.

Get those basics right, instil the message into them all that they each of them have the potential to be heroes only if they apply themselves to the success NOT of and for themselves but for the TEAM above all else!
If that preparation has been meticulously done during their formative years, it's a relatively simple task to fit the different jigsaw pieces together and then nurture and GROW them as a force for success.

Like any decent recipe that always works and delivers quality, the next generation should be raised in exactly that same way. Non-conformers and there might be some late emergers, should be given the big E sharpish to avoid the carefully constructed master plan unravelling and chaos taking over.

Wonder what his thoughts on Fergie were, as well as the current crop of youngsters we have. Bet he hates it.

Almost* worth signing up to that forum just to have a gander.

*its not.

Has Bailly been written off as complete shite yet?

As a Liverpool fan, I'll just let you have it straight - you've gone and splashed out on an absolute crock there, lad. Couldn't even get fit in time to face us at Anfield.

As an aside, my United supporting mate has the inside track and was present at Jose's contract signing - said he couldn't keep hold of the pen because of sweaty palms. Guess the pressure's finally gotten to him if he's willing to splash out that much of a crocked youngster. Couldn't be happier that he's now your manager. Klopp's goner rip his feckin 'ead off when they meet next year.

Wise words from Johnno there, before he leaves for a generously remunerated Nth American Lecture Tour I would expect.

Something like this maybe, if they're really shit with the paint function thingy (and were a bit bored)

Those damn gifs, I laugh every time I see them... it's like if you're suffering from dementia and forgotten about it and every time you look at it it's like it's new :D

The delayed response from the guy with the black glasses and the one behind him without a neck. Those two should have roles in the next dumb and dumber...

Then in the other pic you've got mr.wanktastic that obviously shoots his load on the guy in front of him... he seems to be aware, so I wonder what happened next? :D

So...it's a jigsaw of a plant made of food?

Don't know why people make fun out of Johnno White, he's been around since United were Newton Heath and Liverpool were trying to be Everton 2.0

FFS, I didn't notice the "suddenly appearing guy" next to the guy who gets pickpocketed and the angry one before now :D

This cracks me up. League Cup only one less point than FA Cup. UEFA Cup worth more than the FA Cup. Use of half points in scoring. Bizarre.

A true scoring rubric would be something like (i.e. ranked on "importance" which I do admit is subjective)
10 points League Titles
8 points European Cup/Champions League
6 points FA Cup
4 points UEFA Cup/Europa League, Cup Winners Cup
2 points League Cup
1 point for UEFA Super Cup, FIFA CWC, FIFA Intercontinental Cup (but no Charity/Community Shield, which United still lead considerably).
Because in all reality, at least outside the minds of Liverpool fanatics, the League Cup is lowly valued and is ludicrous to credit only one point difference between the that and the FA Cup. The EC/CL is not the top club goal and therefore cannot hold the same point value as winning the league. No doubt LFC fanatics would value the EC/CL lower if they trailed in total cups won; flip applies to Shields if LFC had the advantage - it would suddenly be a proud trophy to score, err claim. It's a bizarre scoring rubric fabricated to give Liverpool another moral victory/supremacy talking point.

I wonder how many points this clown would have awarded Liverpool for winning a recognized club world title? United have two, one of which was won during a "ratified tournament" which this table presents as necessary to receive credit.

Quick math based on my (perceived) fair rubric (D1/PL, EC/CL, FAC, UC/EL/CWC, LC, Other)...
Liverpool: 180, 40, 42, 12, 16, 3 = 293; take off the Other, 290
United: 200, 24, 72, 4, 8, 3 = 311; take off the Other, 308

We can change the LC points to 3 or 4 points if desired. Or not. Le sigh.

But let's play this clown's game, sort of... Leagues/ECs 10 points but reduce Other Europe to 5 points (it's worth half EC/CL at best). And the FAC/LC discrepancy must be altered, let's go 6 vs 3, it's worth half FAC at best. Other cups won should be counted but I digress.
Revised total (D1/PL, EC/CL, FAC, UC/EL/CWC, LC, Other)...
Liverpool: 180, 50, 42, 15, 24 = 311
United: 200, 30, 72, 5, 12 = 319

Oh feck it, I'll give 6 points to Other Europe and 4 to League Cups, for a 10, 10, 6, 6, 4 rubric... 322 vs 324

Only scouse devised formulas work in their favor.

I'm amazed it turned out as close as it did. Surely we should be deducted 320.5 points for Fergie bribing all our referees, for last minute goals which don't count, and for our fans not being as knowledgable as the scousers.

Igor Biscan had him in his pocket.

This guy is a poor mans peter crouch , with the price tag that doesnt match , lol at those who think any different, the guys a dud.

He was pretty average at Barcelona, to be honest.

In both Serie A, and Ligue 1 - he will have come up against teams that defend for 90 minutes. Especially at PSG.

That won't happen so much in the Premier League. The likes of West Ham, Stoke, Sunderland et al are all used to going to Old Trafford and winning in the post-ferguson era. He'll come up against attacking sides, and defences that are allowed to be more physical than in continental Europe. I imagine that increased physicality will nullify many of his strengths - particularly in view of his age meaning he'll lack pace. A front 2 of Rooney and Ibra would be SO lacking in pace, i'd struggle to see them scoring at all. They'll need to partner him with Martial - and hope the kid lives up to the hype.

He'll get around 20 goals, I imagine.

United will finish approximately 15 points behind the little club they share a city with

which is it then?

I like how out of the 3 clubs he listed, only Sunderland won at OT in the post Ferguson era (once under Giggs after Moyes got sacked, and THAT penalty shootout if it counts). I mean really they could have chosen Swansea, Norwich and West Brom.

Let's not let FACHTS get in the way of a good story.

I'm pretty sure I remember him hating Fergie along with the rest of RAWK.
Yeah, i think i remember him ranting on how Fergie was in the Glazers pockets and was corrupt and all those usual delusional rants that you would associate with RAWK

Let's make sure next season's thread has a good, funny name. Anyone got suggestions?

I'll start the bidding with these:

RAWK goes into meltdown: Klopp in the name of love.

RAWK goes into meltdown: The hateful eighth.

RAWK goes in to meltdown: Hand over that cup final ticket la or I will stab you
with my dirty fingernail.

I've heard Jonnowhite was a Malmö fan back in 1940s when Zlatan was a 41-yr old over-the-hill flat-track bully in the French league. He's disgusted by this signing, would've preferred Le Tallec who will become better than Messi.

We really give that spoofer far too much attention. He is clearly not a Man Utd supporter and is a fabrication of some loon on that forum.

But they have Klopp and we. are. worried.
