RAWK Goes into Meltdown 2014/2015 - The "We go again" Edition

Why would it be unsettled? Blackett, Evans, Jones, Fletcher, Valencia, Young, Rooney, de Gea have been playing on a consistent basis since LVG came, they should be able to perform.
Why? Really, Ok i'll leave it there.

Villa should have had a man off.
If it's Senderos you're referring to, then I thought the naughty kick deserved a yellow at best. If it's Hutton, well you may have a case there. Yet, by the time he made contact with Sterling, he had already hit the ground. Some refs aren't so kind though.

Dont, its not like we've played with a different XI the whole time and then our players get injured, we're playing with the same players since the start and we still look shite, its unacceptable.
Of course its unaceptable. However the Premiership is a tough league, any team missing 6 or 7 first teamers is going to struggle. No matter who they are.

how long have you got?

Anfield traditions are rooted in unique humbleness & traditions (insert your own hyperbolic olde cobblers for the full picture), American, on the pitch, commercial, disrespects the mythical liver bird, Shankly wouldn't like it, we are different etc etc, Club are introducing him to matchday involvement by stealth after saying he wouldn't be on the pitch

resembles Brendon - unstated

may interfere in future minutes of silences like Gunnersaurus did at Emirates once

Hadn't noticed this at first, but...he really does! I fear that behind closed doors, Brendon too resents the fabled Mighty Red.

Sir Alex paid off the officials to keep the red card under lock and key.

Na, Senderos deserved a straight red
Lallana didn't go claiming for a penalty. He went down, but got back up without moaning to the referee (at least from what I saw).
Only because he caught himself on, he clearly dived.

He remembered mid air from what I saw, it was a clear dive, he should have gone just as much as the Villa man should.
Honestly though Barney Liverpool look extremely fragile with a couple of injuries, this threads going to get a right kicking this season I reckon.

Wow, Philip Senderos is still playing football?

He's used to be the worst CB I've ever seen in the EPL.

Expected him to be making pillows in a factory or some such.

Just having a look through their post match thread, they love that parked bus 10 men behind the ball euphemism:

"11 strangers would have troubled them more to be honest. This is what utd fans feel like every week."

"Wank. Park a bus at Anfield and we can't win. Simple."

"Very poor performance all around. Yet again we can't get past a parked bus. Couldn't get possession in any decent positions."

"We can't beat teams who park the bus."

"fecking Mighty Red, I blame him for distracting our players."

The international break and Hodgson seem to be the general excuse for the loss although a lot are also blaming the lack of atmosphere in the stadium too many day trippers, no singing etc

Brendan Rogers is a great young manager but looking at his dealings in the market, many have been piss poor. This latest batch looks to carry some gash players. I mean Rickie Lambert what the feck?

I heard him described recently as being a 'great player for 88 minutes per game'

"We looked tired and leggy today. Having to play Champions League is having a detrimental effect."

User is getting some flack and does seem like a WUM with only one post an all but still funny

Surely Brenda's nose is the next thing he will alter - after his 25 y/o girlfriend, his gastric band, his spray-tan and his new teeth veneers.

Okay, perhaps only the last two are fair game.

Had to check for myself if that was a real tweet and yep... They've genuinely gone out of their way to use the word slip

Lallana was very lucky to only get a yellow for his tackle on Cleverley. So in fairness the vermin should have been down to ten first.

Looked to me like the so called squad depth they spent the Suarez money on isn't that great.

Do they genuinely think they're strong title candidates this season? I mean...

Last season: no CL or noteworthy injuies all season, key players hitting top form in tandem, obscene luck with refs, most other top clubs had poor season. Every conceivable advantage; still didn't win it.

This season: CL games, having to settle a huge number of signings, unlikely to get a penalty every ten minutes for a second season in a row, and all other top clubs have strengthened while they've sold their only world class player (in addition to their defense veteran) and signed a bunch of average filler. Suddenly likely to win the title.

I dont think they will win anything again this year. Too many factors to deal with..just like ourselves really.
