Not a disastrous result. Need to shore things up defensively and better capitalize on periods of dominance.

3 points better off than the same games last season. Balotelli, Lallana, Flanno to come in as well as Markovic now who looks class.

Draw their luck out already. Jovetic has had his one good game this season though, annoying we've let it be against us.

We looked like we had another goal in us but Johnson leaving us with ten men put a quick stop to any chance of a comeback. A couple of amateur mistakes cost us against a good side. Lambert showed again what a great signing he could turn out to be.

The thing that lacks in our team is a strong presence, someone with experience.

Can is like the strength in our midfield, we need another of him, or some giant like viera / Toure kinda in midfield to balance the strength out.

Now we got Balotelli, I think it's so important we count this as a blessing, because we need strong fierce presence seeing our whole team is light weight kinda.

Moreno is awesome, but perhaps Enrique would have been good here?

But this CLUB is still the BEST CLUB IN THE WORLD!

Really do hope we don't bump into the elite teams in the CL group stage. Could get embarrassing with our amateur defending.

We need that Defensive coach. Maybe split the head coaches position as Brendan will be our Attack Coach.

Rodgers lacks extreme nous in how to organise a defence.

Worry for us when we play an elite CL team.

How much have we spent on defenders now? It can't still be a personnel issue if we're going to keep giving bad goals away every week.

Maybe time to look at getting in a defensive coach if we can't sort it.

If that's the case then what a mess. £17m spunked on Sakho and then pay another £20m for someone in his position. Not to mention the money wasted on Ilori and the wages on Toure. Yet we're no better defensively for it.

What's the definition of madness? Doing the exact same things but expecting a different outcome?

Brenton has been mentioned a few times with respect to their defensive weaknesses. I know it's only two games in, but I hope this continues all year.....they can never be low enough down the table.
