RAWK Goes Into Meltdown | 2013/14

Valencia is lucky his leg wasn't planted right, as it could have been a leg breaker, or could have wrecked his knee. Shitty way to play in a friendly, never mind one a week before the Wold Cup.
Jack Wilshere

Looks like a thug
Acts like a thug
Snaps like a twig
Twig life.

Pretty sure Valencia would have broken both Sterling in half if they actually went at it. Jack would have fallen over on his glass ankle if Valencia breathed on him.
Let's not forget that Valencia got done before with a leg break which is probably why he got a bit uppity over the challenge, I don't blame him really!

The World Cup is just around the corner and some 19 year old has recklessly come crashing into you during a non competitive match. No wonder Valencia was angry.

I agree. I can understand valencias anger. may have over did it with the hand on the neck, but a week away from the biggest tournament in the world

remember the days when we used to discuss RAWK posts mainly in this thread?

Wilshere

I love these cnuts who act all aggressive in sport vs guys twice their size when they wouldnt dare square up like that outside.

Tony V could let both of them punch him all day long.

He wouldn't dare down the park. he'd get knocked out

Aye. Valencia is what is know down the pub as a Serious fecking Unit.

Tony v is hard as feck. Wiltshire is a typical gooner, back down and they are all over you, stand up to them and they are crying mummy daddy police anyone!

Sterling is a piece of shit. The reason why Valencia overreacted (I don't blame him), was because he had his leg broken by a cnut tackle like the one by Sterling.

It was also funny watching the commentators play the incident down and try to justify Sterling's actions, whereas that would be a red every day of the week in the PL/ CL/ International competitive fixtures.

a) The time Valencia broke his leg was a complete freak occurrence and there was nothing whatsoever 'cnutish' about it, for anyone that actually bothered to watch that game
b) Valencia has already said that was nothing to do with his reaction

but carry on, tards.

To be fair to Valencia, a friend of mine used to have a dog with arthritic hips and every time you'd stroke him there he'd react like Valencia did when Sterling went through his bad ankle. Just instincts innit.

The Boom bust cycle sort of went fully round within 1 week around the end of April/early May.

He was in the army too when he was younger, could have any player in the league with ease.

Their expectations are so high for this coming season that they genuinely believe that they will 'go again, la' that the 2014/15 thread should be something special when they inevitably do worse than this season.

2009/10 season coming up for them

The grand advantage of their new catch phrase is that it never loses its...momentum.

Lose the title? We go again. Stevie slipped, did he? We go again. Suarez off to Madrid? We go again. Bin you dipped into turned out empty? We go again.

WGA. YAWN.

Hm. That's an anagram - yes: "Naw, y' wag!" Could be a message to Stevie's missus. Or Coleen. That's a ridiculous name, by the way. Co-leen. Doesn't look right. Call yourself Colette or something. Colleen? Collene? Colene?

Yeah, but "we go again" is laughable at any rate. Feckin' idiocy, actually.

I too predict great things for the Rawk meltdown thread next season. Watching them in the title race was nerve-wracking, but it did give us their ultimate implosion, Gerrards Legs-O-Jelly and the whole 'this does not slip' hilarity, and the very real possibility that the 2014-15 Rawk Meltdown may be the best one yet.

They won't finish above City and Chelsea. If United can finish above them, the meltdown will be wonderful to watch.

One of those moments when you don't know if they're purposely trying to get one of us to resurrect this thread. It's so difficult to tell with that lot. I'll *ahem* bite...

Just ran into his shoulder with his mouth open....

Move on.
