I can't get over that.He was just gnawing in frustration

Its a friendly gesture in Uruguay!
I don't know about cowardly, but you'd never see Keane doing something so... weird. There wasn't even a ruckus, like at Ajax. He just went vampire out of nowhere.
It wasn't really a bite.
So what''s the best excuses they will come up with now ?
Lots of possibilities. Wiping his nose. Showing brotherly affection, crying on his shoulder ( arm), grimacing in pain, shouting obscenities while his face was covered.
Liverpool fans are citing Cantona too. The difference is Cantona and Keane had a terrible temper, whereas Suarez is all about gamesmanship. He does shit like this (along with racially abusing opponents) to try and get a reaction, to get the opponent sent off.
And he also got a 8 month ban.sure that was only 15 years ago...
I will quote a Scouser from facebook:

Is there video of this?
at the start of the season, could we have asked for ANY more from LFC. its been another pleasure guys, thanks so much. keep it coming next year
Should we perhaps be relieved that Brendan Rodgers didn't applaud Suarez for his ability to destroy his opponents ?
"He's gunned down plenty of teams."
If he wasn't trying to bite him then what was he doing? Mental.
Well, Cantona had his moments of red mist... Keane is mentioned in these cases mostly because of the Haaland incident but that was no demonstration of "temper". That was a calculated, cynical act of revenge.
I agree with you about Suárez though.
