RAWK Goes Into Meltdown (2011/2012)

Goal line technology mentioned every 3rd post  reminds me of Luis Garcia's phantom goal against Chelsea in the CL a few seasons ago. Pot, Kettle, Black.

The natives are revolting aginst the mods:

here here.....one of the biggest downfalls of this site over the years....we can't all be in the pub or at the game, we like to vent, talk, some poster even provide good analysis. You guys lock it down, it's beyond me why - yeah, some whoppers, but feck, that's life. This censorship trip is shithouse....

You'll be banned, meladdo!

No bad game or defeat will be discussed, acknowledged or remembered on that board. It's quite incredible really.

And most of the discussion was over the disallowed goal with a large number saying they thought it was in despite most pictures/clips showing otherwise.

Any chance of downing being left in London....

At least we dont need a new no.9. Turns out the one we have is fecking awesome.

feck football and feck Chelsea, pack of c*nts.

I saw this still on TV and it's misleading, it's paused after it already hits Cech's glove... it was actually about an inch and a half further into the goal.

When you see the angle from behind the goal, it does look in

It was in.

Thought we were suppose to be a cup team? What happens now

They should cheer themselves up with the hope they may win the 'Man United won't win the league' trophy tomorrow.

BRING BACK RAFA.

There I said it.

Kenny is a legend.

BRING BACK RAFA.

People are scared to say it, but tactically this season we've been terrible.

We were lucky to lift the Carling Cup. We never turned up that day either.

Sorry, but I can take a spirited Liverpool defeat, but that, as well as some of our dire performances at home this year, was absolutely fecking tactically pathetic.

The players were soft and scared, and the management made the wrong decision tactically.

Carroll was fighting for it. He might head the ball into row Z, but he'll be there again fighting to head it next time. You've got to earn a cup. Not turn up and take part.

feck off Stewart Downing.

Bring back Rafa.

I love Kenny.

WE LOVE KENNY, THOUGH!

fecking hell. I do hope the Koites don't notice that the goal posts are not exactly vertical.

In the Downing thread:

Send him back to mid-table mediocrity land. It is understandable if he simply lacks the skill to excel here. But no, he does have the skill. The lack of conviction, bottle and guile in his play is simply criminal. I've never seen a bigger coward in a Liverpool jersey. Riera was ten times the winger that Downing is on his day. The ease with which he coasts through games when we need him the most is what hurts me the most. You have Carroll on the one hand, who was literally putting his body on the line every time the ball was crossed into the box and on the other hand, you had Downing who was tip-toeing past 50/50 tackles.

He makes Robbie Keane's signing look like a masterstroke. Randy Lerner must've laughed all the way to the bank after we got ripped off on this guy.

He is in midtable mediocrity land :(

 I'm starting to think it was in now. I'm loving this, such controversy. hahaha.

i want Rafa Benitez back....n u'll know im correct.....YAWN !!!!!
P.S - the ball went ova the line

Match was shite....now bring back Rafa.

If Rafa comes back I'm cool with that but it does not have to be him at all. The league form has doomed the King unfortunately.

Was in.

Fact.

feck Off .

In.

feck Off.

Again.
c*nts

fecking gutted. Been sitting here since fulltime completely inconsolable.

Teeheehee

99% of them genuinely believe it crossed the line. Even when they quote a gif that shows it wasn't their resolve is unwavering. Quite remarkable really.

Liverpool played OK. They did well second half. Chelsea didnt play them off the pitch but they were the better team. No shame in today's performance. But that's Liverpool to a tee this season. Decent in a few big matches. When you look at the league table you get a proper take on where they are. They are very ordinary. they have finished bottom of the teams who have had the resources to compete(City,United,Arsenal,Spurs,Chelsea) and may finish behind two teams who have only a minor budget compared to them.(Newcastle,Everton).

An example of RAWK logic.

"It was a poor performance for the first 50-60 mins, that much is true. But Chelsea didn't do much. They controlled possession but failed to really create many chances (the goals aside)."

I was listening to talkshite when it was 2-0, this Bindipper was on moaning saying he's turned his telly off, they need to get rid of Dog and get Cappello in, I shit you not. Then the scouse scored and Dansa was asking if he was going to put his telly back on and the dipper's going 'no, we'll get beat 3-1'. Great stuff
