New Years - The report is finally published and it turns out the negrito stuff was bollocks and Suarez actually used the much more pejorative word negro in an argumentative context. The report shows that he and other LFC staff changed their story several times, displaying guilt at every turn, and Suarez is subsequently found guilty.

- Actually, forget what we said earlier about the word negro being a bad word and negrito being ok, because negro is actually an ok word too. Skin colour references in an argument with a black opponent are ok. This is a conspiracy against Suarez. The FA are racist for not considering his culture. Evra is a liar and a disgrace for reporting this as racial abuse. Suarez is completely innocent. The panel were bent, I don't care that our club approved of their selection beforehand


January - The club slowly but surely destroy their reputation, led by the embittered and out of touch Dalglish, who fans the flames of LFC supporters' resentment and paranoia. White t-shirts are made in support of Suarez. LFC fans racially abuse Collymore and others on twitter, and things come to a head when Tom Adeyemi is racially abused at Anfield.

- Adeyemi wasn't called a black cnut, he was called a manc cnut, because he plays for Oldham. My mate was on the Kop, he says so.


Late January - Evra, whose only crime was to report being racially abused is taunted and booed at Anfield. A fan in the crowd makes monkey gestures towards him.

- This is just harmless banter. Evra deserves it. How dare he report being called a friendly term like negro.


February - The saga reaches a new low when Suarez refuses to shake the hand of the man he racially abused despite telling his manager he would do so in the week leading up to the match.

-This is a disgrace. Come and look at these carefully selected and not at all deceptive free-frames which show that it was quite clearly Evra who shunned Suarez, rather than vice versa. I don't care if you've got a multi-angle set of videos claiming otherwise, these grainy freeze-frames prove we're right and actually, Evra is the cnut, and Suarez is innocent.


Last 2 days - The club are roundly condemned in the press, with the story being picked up by US media, forcing their owners to whip the club into shape. Suarez, Ian Ayre and Dalglish are forced into grovelling apologies, confirming beyond doubt that Suarez did in fact snub Evra and no amount of deceptive freeze-frames will prove otherwise now. Suarez is exposed as a liar, who is happy to deceive his own manager, casting further doubt on the stories he told at the tribunal.

- The club are a disgrace, they have sold Suarez down the river. Evra lured him into not shaking his hand. It doesn't matter that Suarez lied to Kenny, he is an honest and upstanding person. Evra is the liar. Suarez is innocent. We're the victims.

the best thing about it is theyve done all this just because its Utd who it happened against...if it had been a wigan player or blackburn etc theydve keep their counsel and accepted it a bit better...the fact it was us made them go off the deep end and show themselves up in the eyes of every right thinking football fan across the world. The fact their fans are keeping it going is splendid...keep sinking you feckwits...as an arsenal fan said to me the other day "liverpool have achieved something I thought impossible, making me want Utd to win a match"

Part of me hopes they win the CC. They won't be able to get rid of Dalglish for the next couple of seasons without facing huge fan backlash.
 
I for one am gutted that this running comedy is nearing it's climax. Liverpool have proven to the world that they are an absolute laughing stock and a disgrace.

It is no coincidence that the rest of the footballing world (even staunch ABUs) are on United's side in this instance.

And that poster that is doing the rounds of Fergie and something about moral high ground :lol: A last pathetic attempt at deflection tactics as that is what scousers in general are incredibly good at!

It is a running comedy, you're right. However I don't think it will end as quickly as the LFC circus would like. Kenny Dalgish as a manager looks a complete fool for his support of Suarez and that won't suddenly change, nor will fans of other clubs disdain for Suarez and his cheating, diving, biting, hair pulling, handballing antics. Don't forget that kick on Scott Parker's stomach and the eye gouge weren't that long ago...in fact there's no evidence Suarez will change other than the completely forced apology (I doubt he even wrote the damn thing). As far as I'm concerned the LFC circus have made their bed so to speak...
The more stupid they look for their antics and support in this issue the better.

Me too.

It's been great timing for me, the announcemnt of the ban, the t-shirt nonsense and the none handshake all taking place when I've been off work.

Although, for it to all end, it'd mean Suarez and Dalglish will have had to become different people. Do we believe Suarez can avoid trouble from now on? Or that Dalglish can hold press coneferences and interviews differently to before?

Suarez, a player they bought whilst he was banned, who has just returned when from not one, but two bans, and then kicks Parker in the stomach, tries an eye gouge and then fails to touch Evra at all.
 
Can't wait for the next round of press conferences!

I reckon Dalglish will have a media representative to prevent Suarez-related questions. If not, it's going to be more comedy.

The thing about Suarez, and indeed somebody like Tevez, is that he cannot change his spots and will constantly be a disruptive influence anywhere he goes. So this certainly wont be the last controversy he will be involved by any stretch and his production on the field already isnt worth the hassle he brings. He can only hinder Liverpool more than help them and the sweetest thing is the majority of dippers dont realise that yet.
