 pathetic

Liverpool fans are truly bizarre.

I was with one last night for the match, just as they were about to kick off, with no context, he flung himself into a Gerrard vs Scholes debate, talking about Scholes and his lack of individual honours, the fact that Gerrard got selected more often for England, it was like he had written it down and memorized it earlier that day. His team have just kicked off in a CL final.

He also said Gerrard is the best leader ever, said that Alonso/Mascherano/Gerrard were better than Pep's Barca midfield and then couldn't explain how the best ever leader couldn't inspire the best ever midfield to Premier League Glory. At this point the CL final has been on 10 minutes and Liverpool are looking sharp.

I just don't understand them. They live for these debates. It's almost as if it didn't matter to him what happened in that final because either way he was going to twist it into an argument about how great Liverpool are.

I've met many Liverpool fans and they're all generally like this. I seriously can't understand it.

Succinctly sums up those deluded apes. I know loads of Scousers through work, childhood friends etc. and each and every one of them are insufferable when it comes to football.

Delicious.

Deluded fools. Hugely unwarranted self-importance. Nice to see a bit of racism/xenophobia in calling southern Europeans 'dirty spics' at 1.07 too, wouldn't be Liverpool otherwise.

6 finals lost by their clown of a manager, and they're still all up his arse, nice.

In fairness to the man, this is very likeable. He's trying to keep the fans upbeat and optimistic about the positives from their campaign and it'll help him going into next season.

There's a lot I don't rate about Klopp (such as his lack of tactics in big games and some hypocrisy in match interviews) but I actually respect what he's done there.
hmmm likeable maybe but this most definitely does not seem like the behaviour of someone with a winning mentality.

I genuinely thought this must be a lookalike. But no, a probably pissed Klopp jumping around like he's won it.

Only he would do something like this after losing a final of that magnitude.

From the man that gave us the lap of honour after drawing 2-2 with West Brom, and celebrating winning the Norwich Cup:

Serial loser. God help us if he actually ever wins anything of significance.

Real Madrid: 13 CL trophies
AC Milan: 6 CL trophies
Liverpool, Bayern: 5 CL trophies

Edit: reached 3 CL finals in the last 13 years. Surely only royalty get that level of access?

13 European titles is phenomenal. That's as many as British clubs have combined.

It's well-known that reality has a pro-United bias.
