@Damien Can this thread get cleaned up (this message included)? When this thread gets bumped, I’d like it to be RAWK bitterness and funnies, not random drivel.

@Snowjoe does try and @marukomu too, just need the cretins to realise its not the fecking Liverpool discussion thread, as long as its taking the piss out of Liverpool (@SteveJ new trainers for instance) its ok, if its just discussion id thread ban them for a week and a one day total ban every time if i had the power

Sounds like you want a scouse lover tag!

How do you work that one out:wenger:

'Bobby' Firmino would make a great Maid Marion (for obvious reasons) ;)

Ticket, la.

Ahh, how can we forget one of the most important days in the history of Liverpool FC; when Steven Gerard Butler lead 300 Scouse into battle against the Persians to defend Liverpool City... in Greece.

Surprised the Swansea match thread hasn't been locked yet.

Henderson is world Class. Same level as Kante

Wijnaldum is in sparkling form. Ties the game together like Modric

Milner is as good as Moussa Dembele

He will probably be a good signing for them in the short term as he will be a step up on Rashford or Martial in the individual attacking side of things, but the negative impact he will have on the progress of those players and the negative impact on the dressing room if the likes of Pogba, DDG etc don't get similarly massive salaries too could easily wipe out any gains from his signing.
This one's actually acknowledging Sanchez is good but must also go with the angle it will mean Pogba and De Gea will leave. United has the lowest wages to turnover rate in the country. Maybe he should worry more about Van Dijk's 200k wage and what it will do to their locker room considering that spend about 70% of their turnover on wages alone.

We are an independent forum for intelligent debate about Liverpool FC that encourages good new writing about the club and football more generally.

Tbf this probably is one of their more intelligent posters on their.

Holy heck! That was poo poo!

Seems some of them are worried about us again.

It’s been a fun four-and-a-half years but that’s it lads, they’re finally back.
Sanchez will improve them. Bastards
He will improve them this season, no doubt. He's a very good player. They will replace Mikhitaryan's shite form with someone who is in form most of the time, and who doesn't need instructions or a system to attack.

Not from RAWK but from r/liverpoolfc who seem to think that they're gonna win the CL this year::lol:

Well they are not going to run into a team in the CL, that are so scared of them, that they will park the bus....

unless they play United.

On Mourinho's contract extension.

He signed a new contract, excellent news :D

Superb news that :)

Do they not realise we won more trophies last season then they have since 2006? Oh, and we're six points clear of them in the league.

TBF I have seen exactly 0 people on RAWK say that Alexis is actually a good signing, so no surprise that they think Jose signing an extension is somehow bad news for us.

They just do it for internet rep. They don't really believe that shite.

Why are they celebrating :lol::lol:

What would have made them upset

Yeah, had a couple Pool fans on facebook and instagram today spewing the usual about how Mourinho is finished. I countered that he's won two leagues, three domestic cups, a europa league since Klopp last won something. All they have then is "enjoy City's dominance". So, they are happy they are vastly inferior to the team they hate the most and happy winning nothing year after year because City are having a good year? Mental.

We all feel like we've had a pretty shitty last 4 seasons and yet we've still had a much much better time of it than Liverpool

They now have convinced themselves that because Mourinho said he had very little involvement in Sanchez' transfer that he didn't really want him and that it's already the beginning of the end.

They use their United thread as coping mechanism

If we would sign Messi, he'd instantly be called shit on there

Deep down they're terrified of us

That's the bottom line isn't it? You can by all means debate the pros and cons of Jose's management but being lectured by Liverpool fans about success in modern football is Twilight Zone-level weird.

They're absolutely mental

The thing is, EVERY fanbase in the land laughs at Liverpool's set of deluded nuggets that support that rabble.

There's a guy on rawk called Eel Lobo and he's the most bitter, hateful Liverpool fan I've ever witnessed.

The dour veteran always trumps the potential-packed youngster in Mourinho-land.

Really, really hoping Sanchez takes Martial's place in the starting XI, and Martial takes Rashford's place on the bench. That would be so very Jose.
Redcafe thinks they’ve made a statement against teams like Real Madrid and PSG by extending shitcoat’s contract, you can’t make this stuff up

The wank part of this one is accurate to be fair.
There seems very little planning to Man Utd's spending. It just seems to be - buy as many star players as we can to make sure we still look relevant and so that our FIFA-fanboy fans can have something to wank themselves silly over.

I think they forget we've been vastly more successful than they have, even since Ferguson retired and certainly since Mourinho took over.
Not only are their fans having to deal with the realities of a post fergie era, but they are also having to watch their now bigger neighbours smash them off the park tactically and points wise in the league, which will continue as City pick up trophies. Talk about rubbing salt in the wounds.

This is clearly a perfect storm to create the panic they are under at the minute to do anything and everything to stay relevant and will surely only lead to (even more) disaster. I mean just look at the desperation of their fans backing a guy like Mourinho. fecking eye gouging, shit slinging, stoke playing, classless, mercenary, bus parking Mourinho! Yet they love him and throw any remaining dignity they had away in the hope he can pull them a major trophy.

Good times.
