They are a funny old bunch, reading some of the tripe from them on Facebook after last nights defeat was truly delightful, here's a couple of the quotes.

"So this is how it feels to lose. 18 games unbeaten and we lose to Swansea of all teams. Oh well. Could be worse. We could be paying 500 grand a week to a left back. Onwards and upwards. YAWN."

So according to this young fella its more of an achievement to lose to Swansea than to sign Sanchez

Here's another
"The result never tells the full story.Teams like swansea and man yernited should be banned from football for parking the bus they are ruining football for us at least swansea actually had more shots on target today than the mancs did against burnley. Just remember that we beat the 2nd best team in the league after us this is not over. I would be more worried more about a shite Andy Carroll getting paid £600k in just wages alone"

This poor chap is so infuriated with his sides inability to break down sides that he not only calls for all teams who can defend to be banned from football but he also tries to consoles himself by adding 300k per week extra to Sanchez's wages.

You know I sometimes count my lucky stars that my father went against the trend and supported United in the mid 70s when he was a lad, if he supported Liverpool i likely would have too and I cannot imagine being as bitter, twisted and deluded and some of them are.

I used to love the rawk meltdown thread. Used to revel in it. That was until the caf arguably got worse. Our matchday threads are among the worst things on the internet, including the dark web

I used to love it when the actual RAWK quotes were the majority of its content. Of course I'm making the problem worse right now with this very post so I'll shut up.

Second best in the league, after one that is, and will be, fighting for top 4.

Remind me again, how many trophies have they won the last decade?
One league cup and a draw vs West Brom?

They're such outrageous gobshites. They've scored 5 more goals than us over 24 games. I will give it to them though, they've conceded 13 more, so they're certainly doing their bit for entertaining football at the back. It's also funny how we've also won 3 more games than them with our awful negative football.

Sanchez "a shite Andy Carroll" Knows his football, this lad. How are they even remotely similar players? Sanchez is about 5ft tall ffs

That was a properly forensic pre-match analysis from PoP,. Almost nails it too, just forgot to edit it down, I reckon.
We should win this, 3 or 4-0. Maybe 3 or 4-1. We are scoring at a rate of 1 goal every 2 shots on target (we're as clinical this season as we were in 2013/14), and we have ~6 shots on target per game. We also only concede about 2-3 shots on target per game. Thankfully for us, Swansea concede nearly 6 shots on target per game, and they fashion less than a shot on target per game. It looks like it should be a handy win for us with a clean sheet. We would have to have a disastrous game at the back, and they would suddenly have to have a City-like attacking game. Although we can't discount "new-manager bounce", of course. But going by season-long form, we should put these to the sword as well, and keep up our march to at least second place.

I do like ''our march to at least second place'' though, :D.

Those bits truly made me LOL, very loudly indeed

 I like how deluded Liverpool fans can be, stating that they're the best team in the league, hours after losing to Swansea!

I've read a lot of people in here using our Matchday threads to illustrate how truly ridiculous some of our own fans can be (no disagreement here), but they're using it to compare us to RAWK! The biggest difference is what I bolded above. I haven't read many (if any) United fans making such bold statements about how superior we are. If anything, the Matchday threads show how pessimistic we are!

Edit: beat me to it, @FultonRed

Waaa, the other team won't let us play how we want to play, so ban them.

Fans (and even the managers) of high pressing teams always whinge about teams "parking the bus" against them.

When you insist on pinning the team back, continually winning the ball high up the pitch and stopping teams from countering, what are you expecting the other team to do? Run down the pitch anyway? Pick your moments. Let the other team have the ball for a bit, let them come at you, win it back and exploit the space behind. If you don't want to play against a 10 man defence, don't peg them back for 90 minutes. Basic.

The best team in the league is 18 points off the top. How did that happen?

Have to agree with this sadly. We literally get 14 year olds posting in the main forums now.

Is there a lower age limit on sign ups here these days?

To be fair I've got nothing against posters of that spritely ilk, though I pity them for not being alive in 1999 and barely out of nappies in 2008. If anything it's the grown ups acting like teenagers that are the problem.

I never understood Sanchez playing full back jokes. Surely a defensive manager would play a left back as a winger and not a winger as left back?

The absolute state of Liverpool Football club

Nothing about them makes sense does it, some of their fans genuinely believe they are better than us and City

Could Pletch be PoP and Baba Yega? He needed a new hobby after ceasing posting here. What better than elaborately trolling Liverpool forum but talking absolute shite yet creating a cult like following.

Pletchazunga is definitely capable of that!

Good point... A load of people have the scouse one... A load more need the city one!

There are plenty of closet city fans on here so take your pick! Or maybe it does not work if they are actually city fans? hmmm...
Some of the Utd fans are so pro Pep and Klopp they need a closet Utd Fan tag....
