2 years to change the club! Serious?
Last season he was out of form so didn't play for Switzerland that much in the Euros but of Switzerland's last eight international matches he's started six, came on as a sub in one and was suspended for the other, playing 90 minutes in most. The same Zakaria who cant get in the Swiss national team is gonna solve all our midfield problems, yeh right, you read the Express too much.
Any chance Red Bull would buy United?
Yeap. Plus asked for certain authority to be able to (re)-build the club.He sees himself more as a club builder than a coach these days, so he would not have signed just for the interim job (he could have done exactly that for Chelsea last year and declined if rumuors about that can be believed). So once United promised him that powerful consultant role, he was on board, but only then as it sounds.
He's probably a bit like Bielsa, a bit of a mad bastard who refuses to compromise on his style and likes to mould teams in his own image. He may well struggle to manage a dressing room full of egos and players who don't fit his style. We'll see what happens.63 and never managed a major club …I’m not expecting miracles.
Steady ship and most importantly bring in a top manager ie Ten Hag, I’ll be happy.
And rename us Red Bull Manchester? Even the Glazers wouldn't try anything as dumb as that.
How about Red Bull Man Utd, then?
I'm still hoping he gets rid of them. Carrick and Mckenna have failed under two managers now. Get them all outIf he doesn't rate them I hope he's transparent and honest with the club about it. The jobs for the boys bullshit needs to end.
It'll be coaches Rangnick nurtured at RB Leipizig or RB Salzburg like Marco Rose.
Please make us functional. Please!
Phelan and McKenna have surely got to go. Maybe Carrick has a little something about him but we'll see what Ralf thinks.I'm still hoping he gets rid of them. Carrick and Mckenna have failed under two managers now. Get them all out

This is different, though. He's possibly getting job upstairs and I doubt he'd want to rock the boat too much, which worries me. McCarrick seems to be the club's darlings and the club seems adamant about not letting these "lads" go for some reason.Going by what we have read about him I think we can expect that! If a guy like Rangnick rates them then fair enough, bin them if not.
A good midfielder but I doubt it. I think we'll save the budget for the summerWonder who he'll get in January.
On TalkSPORT today Danny Murphy was insinuating he was talking to Rangnick throughout the game via his headphones. Personally I think that’s a load of rubbish, but make of it what you will!On a side note what the feck was fletcher doin on the bench yesterday.

Who's next on the bench? Murtogh, Woodward. On TalkSPORT today Danny Murphy was insinuating he was talking to Rangnick throughout the game via his headphones. Personally I think that’s a load of rubbish, but make of it what you will!
I'd honestly take saying goodbye to Old Trafford over a future with the Glazers right now if it was offered.Red Bull buying United would be quite a good outcome for us if it where to ever happen.
We are so big that they wouldn't rename the club.
They'd probably build a new stadium and name that the RedBull Arena though.
Still better than the Glazers
There's different kind of managers and this is something you seem unable to get. Some are more hands-on, some are more hands-off. Ole is the latter. Rangnick is the former. But that still doesn't mean McKenna and Carrick are good enough at this level. Nothing much has changed since Carrick took over as interim - we still play the same dour football and the tactics are beyond negative, which points to the fact that Ole wasn't the only problem.
A top manager might make the coaches LOOK good, but he won't make them good. There's a bit of a difference there. This is the third coach Carrick and McKenna have been under. It certainly didn't take Guardiola this long for his genius to come through or SAF's. If Carrick still can't get it at this point, then he's simply not good enough.
