People seeing more “structure” in our play . We’ve been just as open and aimless as we’ve ever been.

Aye. That first half was as bad as we've been this season.

that 10 sec counter attack is finally seems like coming to fruition.

Rangnick spot on tonight with his in game management

good subs and he is learning about these players and from his own mistakes

The back at the back not sure much he can do about it in game.....but the 2nd half whatever he said and done has worked brilliantly.

Massive confidence boast for the players. Seems to have calmed down Ronaldo too

I like him
Dropping Maguire, AWB and Shaw.
Ole would never have done that, no matter how crap they have been.

New formation. They've switched 3 atb ever since he's been there.

Obviously, Conte's 10x the manager/coach Rangnick ever was, so it's probably not a fair comparison.
I don't believe simply changing formation is the same thing.

Make no mistake about it we were awful today, but you can see the dribs and drabs of "Ralfball" in the goals we scored. The fact we are seeing it now, even if its on small patches per games at the moment, means it's starting to take effect and hopefully we can see it more consistently moving forward. Yes, again we were god awful for most of the match but man i enjoyed those goals and they were thrilling to watch

Well he got it right today did Ralf, the complaining at half time looks a bit embarrassing now

Jesus  . We've somehow scored 3 goals with 3 shots on target, while we're lucky that Brentford didn't take advantage of the chances they created in the first half, we've mostly been dire, every corner we've had created a chance for Brentford and somehow Ralf got it right?

He has awakened the slumbering goal-scoring touch. He seems to be getting to grips with the squad and the league.

What was the logic in subbing Maguire on and going with a back 5?

We were shit in the first half and he made changes in the second half that made the difference in the game. If people are going to blame the manager when we’re shit and not give him credit when we’re actually good then you should probably check your agenda.

Youre right, Ralph should be blamed for the individual errors on turning over possession and be called lucky if we carve out chances.

This fecking guy is nothing on Ole. Rangnick out.

We were less shit in the second half. It was hardly a vintage 45 minutes, we were clinical and took the few chances we had.

We weren't actually good, best case scenario your standards are shit

This formation works much better. Maybe it was against Brentford.

But we don't know how to defend well. It's better to attack well with what we have.

Tommy is a better player when you ask him to go around and destroy than he is in no. 8 role to me.

See out the game. He wanted to do that vs Villa and spoke of his regret. Its the right move - Brentford had only lost 4 away games up until today I think, and theyve proven to be an aggressive side to face.

Not at all, we’ve been careless in position around the box.
He can’t change that, individual errors led to chances

Has made some big calls and shown he won’t be bossed by players. Really hope we stick with him and that it works out this season. I trust him with who to let go and who to sign.

We were all over the place at the back, as we have been all season. Good goalkeeping and poor finishing is what stopped them from running away in the first half.

Pretending that our problem is individual errors is fairly fecking bizarre, no idea what people are watching
