How can Joe have die hard fans, dudes not been around five minutes. I pity those poor fools outside Radio 1.
Was thinking the same thing. Also 1st time I've listened to the chart show for a about 10 years and it's all down to Rage.

Playing the clips of all the people outside is starting to make me think Joes one.

Am I the only one who's nervous? :nervous:

A very large amount of money will have been raised for Shelter from sales of Killing in the Name, namely the profits.

I don't think it would have raised anywhere near as much money, believe the current total is about £60k for Shelter

Hit makes £170,000 for Children In Need - News, Music - The Independent

I don't think it's unreasonable to suggest that this sort of campaign could have sold 265000 singles, which would have been another £170k

The Children in Need record has done its job and as has been pointed out would not have had the same effect and therefore generated far less money and not for Shelter, a charity working hard to help the homeless.

What job is that? Raising money for charity, I don't think that job is ever over.

And maybe it wouldn't have sold as many, in fact, I'm certain it wouldn't have beaten X-Factor, but it would have made much more money for charity.

And how can you imply that a homeless charity is more deserving than an equally valid charity, helping children in need, I'm sure they help homeless children as well.

Same here, and I can't believe some of the shit I have had to listen to through it, honestly.

I don't really like the RATM tune, but anything to win over this years X factor effort, come on...

Despite the fact I absolutely disagree seeing as RATM are possibly the best ever live band ive seen, you're missing the point of the campaign.

No I'm not.

I'm just commenting that I dont like either song. Regardless of the campaign.

The first Xfactor winner not to make number 1 i believe.
