QPR v Manchester United (Friendly) Saturday 24th July 2021 @ 3pm BST | 4-2 loss

This is the United people want?

Well you can have it, we'll be lucky to finish in the top half and all you lads posting Ole at the wheel can have a good hard look at the damage you've caused.

That has to be the post of the day! Feck me!

This team and performance today is 100% irrelevant to the season to come. Those using this game for their anti Ole agenda are fools

But it’s still a very disappointing outing from the youngsters, I would have expected better from them

Think that is more the point. This is where you get the chance to impress. Once the first teamers are back they won't get many more chances.

Yeah, but this is also important learning. So it’s all good imo.

Tuanzebe, Williams, Pereira, Lingard, James, Matic.

6 players that I fully expect now to feature for us this season, despite how amazing Ole apparently is at clearing away deadwood.

He's loaned 2 of those out (Lingard and Pereira) and is publicly trying to loan out Tuanzabe and Williams it's not his fault if other clubs aren't willing to pay the likes of Matic and Lingard upwards of 140k a week.

This pre-season is shaping up be absolute shit. Glad I decided to ignore it.

People who are saying pre-season means absolutely nothing remember the pre-season of Mourinho's final season and how shit it was, right ?

Conceding 4 goals even in pre-season against a championship side isn't really great preparation no matter how you dress it up or play it down
Preparation for who though? Most of these guys won't be near the starting XI when the season starts. If anything, it's the second-string and reserves passing up their chance to impress. That's about as much as one can take from this (and some fitness minutes for Greenwood + Wan Bissaka).

Its not but its also mainly for fitness. I would imagine the qpr players putting a lot more into it than the united teams.

Reverse of the last time we played here then.
Didn't Wilson and Rafael score back then?

It's a nothing game sure, but then would you all be filled with confidence calling any of these fringe players up when we have injuries to our first team

So many idiots support this team. I’m convinced their between the ages of 12 and 15 years.

Knee jerk speacialists.

You do realise pre season hasn’t actually started for about 90% of our 1st team squad, right?

I think there are only 2 things to worry about. The LB spot, Williams is not good enough for even 3rd voice.
And how to get rid of deadwood like Pereira..etc

Despite us being poor - we have actually had more big chances
