PS3 suffering from global network lockdown

Yea i re-read that again it seemed a bit...huh?!?!

He read this thread and somewhere where you mentioned about the clock possibly being something in the PS3 itself being your main worry, prompted him to buy a slimline to get on.

Now hes skint for the next month and usedthe excuse last night "that technical guy on redcafe seemed worried so i thought i would maybe get a slimline so i can play again".

He didnt even wait until midnight

I'm sure that was Weaste's plan all along, I think he gets commision on every PS3 sold!

The PS3 crisis is officially over – but if for some reason you think PS3 is in line for a second global meltdown, bookmaker Paddy Power is willing to take your money.

The bookmaker is currently offering odds of 11/8 on PS3 suffering a new worldwide glitch. If you think Xbox 360 is more likely to suffer a similar fate, however, it will offer odds of 7/4. The Wii is an outside bet at 2/1.

“PS3 has recently earned the unfortunate reputation of being the Toyota of the games console industry and is the bookies favourite to be next for a repeat performance of yesterday’s calamity,” a statement reads.

However, despite its prophesy of impending doom, Paddy Power still believes PS3 will outsell Xbox 360 in 2010 – and will offer odds of 1/2 to those willing to take that bet.

“The trouble shooters in Sony must be wondering what can possibly go wrong next with the PS3,” it added. “But that said we reckon it’s a safe bet that it will easily outsell the Xbox again this year.”
