Pro Cycling 2018

Anyway, sprinter has been left behind so far. Good ridance. I hate sprint stages in Tour so much.

They're ok, but yeah I wouldnt mind 16 mountain stages 2 time trials, and 2 cobble stages and a sprint stage!

Wonder if Cav will ever get those 5 stages to eclipse Murks?

Yeah, too many sprint stages this year. Parcour stages like this better than any of those boring sprint stages.

I doubt he will. He just getting worse as years gone by. He's past it, only he deny it so far.

Yeah, what a letdown todays stage is. No mountains on a saturday ffs.

On the plus side, cobbles tomorrow!

Potential for massive casualties, and Tour could be over for many GC guys by the time the riders reach, if they reach the finish line.

Will be fascinating to see how Geraint rides in relation to Froome, GVA in relation to Porte, Nibali and how well he does etc etc....

Surely you can’t miss this tomorrow? @RobinLFC

So, we need a rain today? Heard it's damn chaos with it. :D

It will be bone dry today, but I think/hope you won’t be disappointed. It will be chaos leading up to the cobbles sections as the paths are so narrow and teams will be striving for position. Most of the GC riders are simply not used to dealing with a stage like this so will be very interesting to see if they can be shepherded through without any major drama.

I managed this past flatweek, I won't be disappointed.

Well, of course, Sky win (not?)withstanding. :-p

Dumoulin looks far behind too.

EDIT: Flat tire.

EDIT2: I almost detest Eurosport. They have a live coverage of Tour, yet every few minutes they interrupt it not with commercials, but short recaps of various other races that happened long time ago.

Twats!

Can you watch ITV instead?

Can I check somewhere where at some particular moments some riders are? Ok, graphic on TV now shows how much Bardet is behind, but for instance, would like to know where Dumoulin is now. I guess he did caught peloton though.

Still would be nice to know for future need!

EDIT: Found it on official site.

Live tracking -> find rider in Search box

Crashes, crashes everywhere.

What a cool end of the women race just now. Annecy - Le Grand-Bornand? Leader being caught in last 10 meters, and finished second.

Looks like it's the same stage as men's today, I reckon only shorter (3 and a half hours). Last twenty kilometers I've watched look pretty awesome.

Alaphilippe is such a brilliant rider, like a more attacking, less patient Valverde, but no less strong. I'll be shocked if he doesn't win several hills classics/monuments like Flèche Wallonne, LBL and Giro di Lombardia. He's by far the strongest rider on that terrain. Fantastic downhill skills as well.

Yeah, he looked on another level today. Really impressive from him. Have to say GVA had an outstanding ride today also.

Tomorrow’s stage is a replica of the Dauphiné stage 6, and one for the breakaway I would have thought with Alp D’huez coming on Thursday.
