Sorry but I'm having some problems today.
Indeed. I got a pair of these wanky glasses myself after hearing about them a couple of years ago and they did make a difference at the time, so much so that I ending up falling asleep in them and snapping them in half. It's actually a good idea, blue light naturally inhibits the body's production of melatonin.

According to my Kindle Fire this might be true

Yeah the iPhone has the setting now too and it's coming to Windows 10 soon. Apparently the energy efficient bulbs are much worse for you than the old incandescents.
Started using LED bulbs in my gaff. Looks like natural daylight.
At the bottom of the scale bulbs are relatively cheap but there are a few Chinese duds floating about too so you have to be a little wary. They're super cheap to run and will last you years without having to be changed.Nice, are the bulbs expensive? I assume they are super cheap to run?

Said something on BBC sport gossip column (via the sun) that we're in for Dier for £35m.
The gossip column is pretty poor and I'm not suggesting there's anything in it but I'd welcome that deal.
No chance in hell Levy would give us a cold for that cheap.
I thought Dier couldn't even get in Tottenham's first XI over the Wanyama - Demebele pairing. If that's true then how could he get in to our team?
Dier has been playing as part of a back 3 or back 4 in most games this season, so the question of Wanyama over Dier as DM hasn't yet arisen.
Who do you prefer in midfield, out of curiosity?

Louis van Gaal's status as super coach whose final act was to lead Manchester United to FA Cup glory has been destroyed - by his own sidekick and former assistant boss Albert Stuivenberg.
“The role Louis gave me at Old Trafford was unique. It was extraordinary that he gave me so much responsibility. He gave me his complete trust."
“At United, I was doing the training sessions for the selected first team before games. I was fully in charge.
“I was doing all the pre-match team talks, and I did the post-match talk with the team and individual players.”
“Louis gave me the opportunity to develop myself at the top level and lead in so many ways.
“Why do I rate Van Gaal? Because he’s a man who can judge if you have quality or not.
"We had a great rapport when we worked together for the Dutch FA when Louis was national coach and I was coach of the Under-21 side.
“From there, Louis decided to take me to United. I consider that a major compliment, because Van Gaal was someone who had made his mark in the world of international football.”
