It's a weird one as Sakho was amazing last season and was by far Liverpool's best defender (his performances last season were to a similar level to what Van Dijk is performing at now).

I'm not sure what exactly he did to burn his bridges at Liverpool but around the time they knocked us and Dortmund out of Europe he was easily their best defender.

I believe his misbehaviour at Pool was well documented, Klopp was visibly upset with his antics at Alcatraz during pre-season and the daft kid published the video on social media. But his failures on the pitch spoke volumes last season, too. To think anyone is taking a multi-million pound punt on Sahko is absurdity ... although we seemingly exist in where absurdity is the new normal.

I remember he had a major bust up with Klopp in pre-season and that's effectively ended his opportunities there.
