Spurs have been awful. Not sure why Pochettino started with Dier and Wanyama. Too defensive for me, especially at home. I guess this is why Dembele is a massive miss. They have no one to link midfield and attack. Alli has moved further back, but he's not really the type to get on the ball and control the game.
Spurs should be looking for a number 8 to rotate with Dembele. They could also probably do with a winger.

Looked outside the box IMO. Hard to tell for the ref though.

Last season they drew twice. 0-0 and 1-1. That 5-0 game was in 2013/14.
Liverpool have had a very good record v Spurs since 2013 though. 5 wins, 2 draws, 0 losses.

We'll always do well against high pressing teams, its the low block teams and how we deal with them that remains to be seen.

Liverpool can be trouble if you let their forwards get into the game too much, but they have an utter shite defence and soft midfield who are no good under pressure. The answer is to really push them in those areas, but spurs just look very poor.

Can't believe Pochettino is content to play with two sluggish, technically limited poachers as his strike force. The Janssen signing seems really bizarre to me.

So far, the ref has wrongfully awarded a pen for Pool, and not sent off Mane.
