Premier League Matchweek 3 (26-27 August)

Man City. Spent over £200 million. Losing to Bournemouth.

I fully expect City to respond but it's still sounds fecking funny

What a goal but what was Danilo doing? turned his back then ducked so hard he almost banged his head on the floor!

F*ck it, goal of the season. The angle, the way he took it off the bounce, in off the crossbar. That's basically perfect. Up their with Scholes v Villa. My lord.

City's midfield is absolute crap due to Pep persisting on playing with only one proper CM. This isn't Bundesliga.

I was going to say it before the goal, but City doesn't really look much better than last season. Which is why I actually think we'll win the title.

Got to give it to Bournemouth. When they have got the ball in the City half they have played some lovely stuff.

That's a 1 in a Million strike. That's the kind of shot that Hererra dreams about when he's swinging his leg back.

Without a doubt, the bullet header was way out of line. I can forgive the Batshuayi one as they are friends appearantly but the first one was just arrogant. Everytime City do anything remotely arrogant it pisses me off and always comes back to haunt us.

I get ya.

Class is a nice value to cherish and uphold at football clubs. We all have our rotten apples, unfortunately. I guess that goes for human beings in general.

City can still win but with this rate it's going to be a repeat of the previous season for them.

This is their main formation except Walker.

Yeah hard to see anything other than a city win here, soon as they score 1 it'll open the floodgates I think but I'm enjoying it so far.

Bournemonth on fire.

Bit early to say this but I'm getting the impression that Pep has totally underestimated the PL. Fielding a team of attackers in almost every position may have worked in La Liga and at Bayern but I'm not sure he expected the challenge that even mid table PL teams can provide.

My only worry is that embarrassment from City here will cause them to get their oil money out next week.
