Premier League Matchweek 22 (Jan 21-22)

Could be a very key week with Tottenham v City on.
Can we break our Stoke away post Fergie jinx?

At least we're not playing them in the state we met them last Christmas. Injuries galore and in the run that basically cost us at the end of the season.

They were decent vs Arsenal tbh
For 30 minutes they kept the ball but that was about it. As soon as Swansea concede their heads go down and they don't bother.

They have a woeful defence too. 4-0 or 5-0 to Liverpool today.

Was offside anyway but should've been on target yeah.

Is Swansea this season the worst team in the PL since Derby? Or are they even worse?

Yet again the Anfield 'atmosphere' is like a Sunday league match at my local park. You can hear individual claps and shouts.

So so bad.

Shocking atmosphere alright, Saturday morning games are the worst though.

Henderson with about 5 feck ups in 3 minutes.

Liverpool have lost so much of their usual pace in the last month. Now they play a sort of boring tiki-taka.

Swansea starting to find space now. Liverpool goal inevitable.

Definitely. They played this style under Klopp when he first took over.

The blood and thunder is missing from their play. Probably because his squad is shattered from peaking earlier in season.

Liverpool will still win this but they're nowhere near Chelsea in terms of quality.

To be fair no stadium is bouncing with atmosphere on a Saturday morning games. Old Trafford on Saturday early kick offs is dead.

It's like people can't really be arsed.

So unlucky there, if Swansea can escape that first press then there is plenty of space to exploit.

Swansea aren't loooking terrible, their left side is but hearing what's been said about them and now finally watching them they don't look terrible at all.
