Premier League Gameweek 7

Nah. Southampton, Ipswich and Leicester are going down.

Wolves might join the mix, but Everton are comfortably better than these four.
Yeah leaning the same way. They might have deeper squads than everton, maybe that becomes a factor.

Fulham really could have got something from City today. Traore just can’t finish his dinner.
He did absolutely destroy Kyle Walker for pace though.

Marco Silva doing himself no harm with that showing.

Gary O'Neill throwing his team under the bus there, basically taking no responsibility for their shite performance, and saying he'd be fuming with their performance if he was a fan...

Think the bloke has ran out of ideas and been found and is just trying to save his job now

I still think we will be fine. We are just really fecking unlucky with the defensive issues currently. It can't be overstated enough how confident we are with Branthwaite at the back rather than Keane. Goes without saying the same if we have Myko instead of Young and an actual RB but though Garner did well today albeit showing at times he isn't a RB.

I think Dyche will do enough again but will need replaced in the summer. He's a good stop gap manager but not a long term bloke for the ambitions the new stadium and I imagine our new owners will wish for.

Red card for Ward for hand ball. He was already on yellow and that was pretty stupid to get second yellow. Trying to stop the ball with your hand after slipping.

Two draws on the trot have saved his job until at least Christmas. Defensively united are ok which brings plenty of draws which in turn will keep ETH in his job for the foreseeable future.

Proper frustrating game. Shows we still have work to do when it comes to breaking down deep low blocks.

What's 13 minutes injury time for in the Chelsea game?

Gibbs-White injury took about 8 minutes, then there was a melee with both teams pushing and shoving after Forest player shoved Cucurella into Maresca, took a couple of mins to sort out, then the standard Forest time wasting.

Will Brighton play suicidal football again ? Would be nice to get something out of this boring Sunday so far.

Nah man, Werner will never not be funny

Wide ass open and Werner mucks that easy square ball. Good god

Spurs kits with a bit of a mild camoflague effect here, at least to my old eyes.

Not struggling to see them as such but sort of have to focus more than any other team I've seen play. Blending into to grass just a little.

He’s on fire.

Crazy purple patch he’s on.

Why can't we just play good attacking football like this? It's Spurs ffs. And we are fkin United.

When did the football world decide to replace "parked bus" with "low block"?

I was not at that meeting and it annoys me.
I would call you a boomer, but I only started hearing the "parked bus" phrase when Mourinho came to Chelsea. If I recall correctly, up until 15-20 years ago, it was largely referred to as "defending deep". So maybe I'm the old man shouting at a cloud.

Welbeck back to being Bambi now that he doesn't play against us. :annoyed:
