Premier League Gameweek 6

Never. Just never. But you know this place will celebrate it.

Gone for the next three games also. Man United is falling apart

Watching United these days feels a bit similar to watching us in our banter era. They definitely haven't hit the lows we did, nowhere near, but it's similar vibes.
Dumb, harsh red card? Check

It's uncanny, I'm telling you

Insane tackle

Edit: no wait, doesn't catches him studs up actually. Looked waaay worse live, but yeah this should be overturned by VAR
It looked horrible in real time but once I saw the replay I really don’t know how that wasn’t overturned.

I think he slips too, and instead of bowing out of the tackle, he tries to stay in it.
Is the sort of thing you might think after watching the slow motion replay, sure. The reality is it happened in the blink of an eye and he’ll have had no time for conscious decisions like that.

Hmm not sure actually more a slip and a tap, looks less bad in slow mo than real time
I mean we’d be angry if a Liverpool player was sent off for that.

Regardless, United’s performance this half has been as bad as I can remember.

VAR does not have the mandate to overturn decisions in the Premier League anymore.

Yes, it's a split moment thing...kinda bad luck. It looks worse than it is. There was definitely no intent to catch rhe player.

The more I see it the more disgraceful the decision is. Run of the mill yellow card offence getting straight reds is utterly insane.

Zero intent and the actual contact was so soft, it was like the back of Bruno’s foot that connected. Pathetic. It’s just so frustrating that VAR is only there now to back up the referees decision and not to correct decisions.

Chris Kavanagh, once again, had to take care of himself. He had no choice than to show a red card. The PGMOL is preparing a fruit basket to comfort him.

BS red card. VAR was covering for his mate as usual. Didn't want to "undermine" him.

Spurs have been great, should've been 2 or 3 up even before the red card.

what a strange sub to react with

Mainoo injured at the same time seemingly, went straight down the tunnel.

Casemiro-Ugarte-Eriksen going to be the slowest central midfield recorded to start a prem game.

Yeah prior to that red, United were atrocious. Should be behind by more than one.

Even if it was a debatable call probably not the worst thing for Fernandes to have a few weeks off and clear his head a bit. Also gives some flexibility to try something a bit different and maybe having Zirkee playing off Hojlund and see if that looks more threatening.

Villa away next for united. The coach is going to need a response or I think it’s over in two weeks. Ooops another goal. Oh my

Martinez did a de Ligt. Charging out, losing the challenge, leaving the backline exposed.

ETH skipped the Dark Arts class apparently. Couldnt hold 3 minutes, kill the momentum and hope for a scrappy goal. There is no coaching being done in that club, it's painfully obvious.

It's...how do you concede a goal like that, down a man, at the start of the half....

There was not a single moment where I thought Werner would score when one v one.

McTominay hounded out the club and he’s miles ahead of the other midfielders.
