Premier League Gameweek 6

Jorginho has a great influence even when he doesn't play, you can see him shouting instructions while warming up. White is not a very vocal player, lead by example kind of guy.
I don't know what back four is the best. It's only Leicester but Calafiori's positioning today seems to do a lot of good for Martinelli. Shades of Xhaka. When all 3 are fit i think White starts because he activates Saka like no one else. Timber at LB is the most solid solution, Calafiori for the easier games and rotation. Great problem to have for Arteta !

Arteta seems to have bought and developed a resolute back four, with 5 starters, 3 of which that can play full back and centre half, one who plays both full back positions. And 8 available defenders in total. Zinchenko, Kiwior and Tomiyasu are no mugs. If you add them to 3 of the ‘first choice’ 5, you’re bombproof.

Fantastic defensive squad building.

Say what you want about Chelsea but they are ruthless with their managers and it usually pays off

You do have to wonder which United scout decided Palmer wasn't good enough to play for the club he supports

Chelsea should have two more in the first 3 minutes of second half.

His family decided City's academy was better than ours.
I haven't read that anywhere, but can't really argue with them if they did say that... United has been a mess from top to bottom, pretty much since the day Moyes walked through the door

I don't agree. Our academy has been doing great as always.

Darren Fletcher put his sons in their academy until recently. Think if he was being scouted now we would get him because our academy is unrecognisable from then.

Nicolas Jackson determined to keep Brighton in the game.

Misses a sitter, he's already washed that Palmer fella.

Another contender for Goal of the Season
