I’m not sure it’s actually covered by the rules but I’ve never seen a player sent off after an advantage has been played.
Not if the referee allows play to go on and gives the goal. Why is this so hard to understand?
He’s in my fantasy team. Shoosh. So a pool player who should have bee sent off, now has a assist.
Shock and Horror.
Who, the FSW?Still think Rafa will eff them! Come on Rafa!
LFC. Breaking records. Winning nothing. That TAA 2nd assist means that both he and Robertson have now beaten the previous all time Premier League assist record for a full back (10) this season.
How many times are you going to try to bring this up?But what does that say about the EPL when top sides are getting close 100 points but can't win the CL?
Don't do it to yourself, expect Liverpool to win 5-1 from here. They are cheating twats, the amount of decisions they get away with is unbelievable. Come on Newcastle!
But what does that say about the EPL when top sides are getting close 100 points but can't win the CL?
Regardless of the rule, I have no idea how some are arguing that the ref played the advantage - I never saw a signal for a foul from the ref or linesman. The officials seemingly missed the infringement but Newcastle managed to score. Otherwise, I'm certain TAA would have received a card of sorts, whether yellow or red, though probably yellow to avoid the double jeopardy situation (goal and sending off).

That’s not the rule. You either get the goal or a red/pen.
Does the double jeopardy thing come into this though?
They scored but he committed a deliberate handball to stop a goal. Bit like scything someone down as the last man - you get a pen and they get a yellow.
Should TAA get a yellow had VAR been present?
Yea, seems a bit weird. Why would it be a red if the ref allowed the goal to stand? You can’t have it both ways.

This Newcastle defense is maybe even worse than ours. It's beyond dreadful.
Newcastle have conceded less than usIt is definitely worse than ours do not be ridiculous.
Are you sure? Can't mark anybody and stands still whilst midfielder and attackers alike walk past them, sure seems just like ours.It is definitely worse than ours do not be ridiculous.
