Premier League Gameweek 35-37 + FA Cup semis

You'd think this Norwich team had never played together looking at their passing.

Well that's the last of the points Chelsea will be getting this season, that's for sure.

Chelsea will need to improve by a heck of a lot if they want to get something out of Liverpool and Wolves. That was tumescent stuff.

This has to be one of the worst performances of any team in the Premier League. And Norwich were pretty bad as well.

Norwich just got relegated and they were defending a 1-0 loss for some reason. And 'defending' is a generous term here. Couldn't connect a single pass, fresh subs not bothered to make a run. They look like they want to be done with football as soon as possible.

I hope they stay down for a couple of decades.

Don't think we conceded a shot all game. Norwich defended with 10 the whole time; was our lack of quality in the final third that held us back. And people wonder why we're investing in our attack!

Yeah well at least you actually won your game and can now sit comfy for next two days watching Leicester & us

Even more so than our pants defense our biggest problem this year has been breaking teams down that are sitting in a low block, eventually resorting to throwing more and more players forward until we're caught on the counter.

Not saying we'll beat Liverpool & Wolves, mind, but a more open game aligns with our strengths much much more.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm certainly not complaining. It's a weird quirk of the schedule that you lot have had to respond to our results (for better or worse) for a good few rounds of fixtures I think. Bit odd that.

What a woeful performance from both but points are all that matter.

Felt like Chelsea were saving themselves a bit.

Get in. Points over performance at this stage.

Yep, massive 3 points for you which will put immense pressure on both United and Leicester. We'll be a tired bag of nerves against Crystal Palace and unlike Norwich, they might see the scope for fun in spoiling a party.

Dont think you've seen much of Liverpool or Wolves if you think theyre open

You couldn't have asked for a much easier opponent, they offered absolutely nothing which is not surprising at all
Hey we have a keeper where nearly every shot on target is a goal !

I wonder if you will rest players for the semi final. You play thursday right ?

Conceded the most goals of any team in the top 10 I for one can see why people wonder.

That was about as unconvincing as you can get. Play like that against Liverpool or Wolves and they'll drop points.

They’re playing an already relegated Norwich. Of course they can get the job done. 1-0. At home. Give them a game against Sheffield United away and their ability to do the job diminishes somewhat.

Hopefully just that 97th min goal last night has weakened my mentality big time added to the amount of times we fail to take advantage of any opportunity to get ourselves in the top four .

They're not open but at least they'll move players forward into our half at the bare minimum. The game itself will be far more open is my point, I'm not arguing that them two are more likely to leave huge gaps in their midfield the way we are.

Wolves won't play that way, and Liverpool are resolute enough defensively that they can handle anything your attack would throw at them, even if they were playing on the front foot.

You will either need to be very, very good to get more than 2 points out of those games, or very, very lucky.

Yeah gotta sit and wait for two bloody days until we have an opportunity to reduce that gap again
