Premier League Gameweek 32-33

Not sure they have tbh. City just setting traps for them, letting them have the ball as they aren't able to do anything with it.

City are doing what Fergie used to do to Arsenal basically.

Yeah I take it back, they're all over the shop.

This could and probably be 3-0 already. Arsenal defence all over the place.

Really good save ramsdale but arsenal being ripped through here by kdb and haaland

Haaland is getting better at the footballing thing every week it seems. Scary to think the player he'll be when he's 28.

Which rule are you stating that makes it a clear pen?
I mean you see it when people shield the ball with it rolling for a goal kick. You can keep your foot there to shield it and the opposition can't just kick through
You can shield the ball only when you have possession of the ball otherwise it's impeding an opponent with contact and is a direct free kick. I think kdb had a right to go for the shot and Partey certainly didn't have possession of the ball.

Arsenal hanging on to their arsenaloles. Poo leaking out everywhere. This will be a battering.

Yeah which shouldn't be the case. I understand that closer title races are more interesting and the same tends to happen in American sports' playoff system where referees tend to be generous to the trailing the team to make for an exciting and close finish.

It's ridiculous, and drama should have no bearing on decisions.

Absolutely. There's always been an element of refs shirking big decisions early in games to protect the spectacle or whatever, but it feels like it's gone way too far in recent years. It's impossible to ignore when it impacts a game to such an extent.

that moment by kdb - delaying the pass and then weighing it perfectly - is something neither pogba nor bruno are capable of. pogba would have held it too long, bruno would have passed it too early. kdb's timing is magic.

What’s the Arsenal game plan here? They are just sitting there with City on cruise control
