Premier League Gameweek 31

Newcastle to score two injury times goals in the 90th minute to fluck another win the way this game is going to go

Villa play some really good football but also makes a huge difference having a striker that can move and be a focal point to link up stuff

I'm just waiting for Ming's to do something daft to invite Newcastle back into the match

Really need Newcastle to drop points here, they got lucky as feck vs Brentford

I'm sorry but I just don't see it with Gordon? He's fecking shite

Without wanting to be a negative nancy, can see this going the way of many of Newcastle's games recently. Play poorly but turn it around in the second half after their opponents have missed countless chances.

Will love if Villa come out the second half and shitehouse the life out of the game.

Villa have missed too many chances. We know what's comes next.

2-1 away win guaranteed.

Villa since Emery has come in have top 3/4 form. Is he that good of a manager or was Gerrard just that crap.
I think it may be a bit of both

can't help thinking Villa will regret not getting that second - Emery has done a pretty good job especially given the resources he has at the club right now

Gordon is a wing back inexplicably being played as a winger. It’s so strange.

Emery is reaping the benefits of Gerrards management, Liverpool should take note if they want to start a rebuild after Klopp leaves, Stevie G is the man.

Newcastle will probably turn this around, but I did say before the season started Aston Villa had a good squad and just needed a good manager. Seems like they've found him.

Watkins should have passed, was a chance.

Moreno at lb is very good

Should be 2-0. Newcastle is good this season but they're really playing at their max upper limit this season in terms of points. Tons of things have just fell for them, they've had a ton of good fortune in away games, no big injuries to their key irreplaceable players (Bruno and Trippier), full breaks between games to properly prepare so they can be at their best, and they've had their fair share of results against the run of play where you feel like they really couldn't have picked up more points in another scenario.

fecking hell Newcastle have better options coming off the bench than us in Wilson and Almiren

How is Ashley Young still playing at Premier League level. We might have binned him off too early... It's not like our fullbacks have been a revelation since he left.
