I think he's one of these players that needs a better stage. I thought he did well for England next to Bellingham and better players. Sometimes you need that to get to the next level.
Seen it a few times where players just go flat with the same players at a lower level and same coaching which isn't top class

It didn't exactly take any top scouting to realise Enzo was decent. All top clubs wanted him, Chelsea were the only one prepared to pay that crazy fee though.
