I mean the team around him is very meh and Moyes is not developing well, but Rice himself as a DM when you don't ask him to be a box to box player is very good. Chelsea with a proper manager and getting Rice next to Enzo would be an excellent midfield base, can't dispute that
for sure 100% have control of the game which WH typically allow teams b/c Moyes is a dinosaur of a coach
