Premier League Gameweek 23 (13th - 15th Jan 2018)

Klopp, for the love of God, will you please sign a keeper.

Went right past his hand, didn't even have to raise or extend it that much to save the shot, definitely a keeping error for me. Thought Ederson was at fault for our goal as well, but not as much as Karius.

They don't look that leggy really. Liverpool are probably the best team at counter-pressing aside from City themselves. So, the ball's getting snatched from them
Mm. Yeah, you are probably right. A few fifty fifty chases and tests of strength, city not with the hunger or the first yard of pace, its down to milliseconds, its hunger too, but..

Schmeichel says that it was a world class from Sané but that it was poor from Karius. Clearly, he's taking classes in the Owen school of punditry. It's like saying," It is a good run but it's a poor run, if you know what I mean."

You can hardly call us unbiased. Liverpool have been much the better team.

Have been the better team, I'm not calling you biased either. Much the better team would suggest are completely outplaying us but in reality they've had 40% of the ball and 2 of 8 shots on target, we've had 60% of the ball and 2 of 4 shots on target.

Both goals were down to a poor defensive moment and sloppy keeping.

Not suggesting for a second Liverpool weren't the better team, but they certainly weren't much better. If it was a boxing round it'd be a 10-9.

Not just shots. What about the chances that were laid off for easy goals that Mane didn't go for and was on his heals. Schoolboy stuff.

They are the better team atm.

Indeed they are but they are creating feck all, messing up final balls and just not on song up front today though still better than what we've shown against them.

True. Klopp & Pep have spoken with their players. They came out with a fresh set of impetus, surely. It's poised for a nice second half

De Bruyne has athletically transformed. It's amazing that more isn't being made of it.

City are missing Jesus pace to stretch Liverpool's defence vertically through the middle. Will be interesting if we see Sterling or Sane spend more time centrally to force the Liverpool defence to decompress some.

Should have scored that. Wrong pass by Sterling.

Then City hit the bar!

City definitely are not Leggy. KdB is pressing like he's been shafted in a drug deal.

Pool playing long balls, their goal also came from a long ball.

So when does Klopp complain about long ball United again?
