Premier League Gameweek 22

In the last few years you'd watch City play another big six side and think it looks like a different sport to the one we play.

This game hasn't looked any different to Forest vs Leeds before it.

Wtf happened to Bernardo Silva?
I think he’s been this way for a while, honestly. That one season in like 2018-19(?) where he was POTY level looks a million miles away

Somebody said it but haaland would love Bruno and vice versa

Still unsure what's best here. If this result stands and we win on Wednesday it's 6 points. We'll be even with City although they have a game in hand
For me, a lot of people are getting ahead of themselves. Spurs being within 3 points of us after the great run we've been on and them being supposedly shit (even if we have a game in hand) does not fill me with confidence if we continue in the EL and the FA cup.

Top 4 is priority and it would take an incredible effort to get close to Arsenal only because they're so far ahead. I say we clinch top 4 by March and focus on the cup treble, instead of chasing something that's quite unlikely

The only time I’ve seen him ever show up for City is legitimately against us

Yep he definitely tries harder against us, probably something to do with us not paying the money for him (think he's a closet United fan also)

Wanted to go to Barca maybe not getting move has affected him.
He seems to have lost both pace and desire to press. Complete luxury player, and he was one my favorite player to watch before this season.

Conversely we'd only be 2 points off City in 2nd having played them twice.

City look shite, think Spurs have got this - surely even they can’t bottle 2 leads against City

-How was the game Jack, son?
-Great dad!
-Did you score?
-No!
-Did you get any assists?
-No!
-Did you guys win?
-No! But I won 12 free kicks!

You must have been ill the day they were teaching The History of the Tottenham in school.

Spurs getting deeper and deeper now but it also means a shit load of space to hit the counter on city as they push up.

Gonna be a fantastic end of this game. Think city would have been better keeping Mahrez on for this though

I hear this a lot. Pep, overcomplication, and finals. It has picked up traction and every so often another person on Redcafe passes the sentiment on, but really, it's quite the opposite.

Prior to the CL final loss, his career finals record was as follows:
23 finals, 19 wins, 4 losses. It's an 82.6% in finals.

No-one said he over complicates it in finals did they?
It's the previous rounds he over complicates it, hence being knocked out!

Farcical to start with this defence when having Laporte and Dias on the bench. As for KDB...

Why do Sky keep showing Newcastle games? 4 consecutive PL gameweeks in a row they're on telly Saturday tea time. As if anyone other than the respective teams would want to watch that borefest.

Surely a Spurs win?
