Premier League Gameweek 17-19

If the player hadn't dived before he could have gone down easily there

As soon as Partey goes off, we have a midtable midfield.

Saka deliberately kicked Mitoma after the foul, skipped second yellow, the co-commentator at Bein says “Sanity Prevailed” … what the …

Liverpool should've bought Mitoma instead of Gakpo. He's what they thought Minamino would be.

Because they're Japanese? He wasn't on their tabs. Pretty sure they got Minamino after he played well against them.

There is an air of Leicester 2015/16 in this Arsenal team, where everything just falls perfectly for them.

Partey is REALLY integral to them though. Him going missing for a period of time would be catastrophic for them. Partey to Elneny is like a Michelin Star Restaurant to Microwave Ready Meal.

Why? He was coming back from an offside position.

Offside should be strictly about gaining an advantage by being in an offside position. Being one or two millimetres off doesn't strike me as significantly advantageous. Nor does coming back from an offside position.

Yes, some deep flaws here. Also Tomi is playing horrible. Mitoma has been allover us since he got on. Credit to Brighton. Fantastic team, so many intricate and different attacks points. Glad to get out of there with the 3 pts.

Maybe but that isn't the rule no? So, pretty straightforward.

Anyway, got there in the end. The subs from us made that much more dangerous..

Odegaard is elite.

Highly doubt that. Liverpool have scouted the RB teams for years.
It was the season before they purchased him. He had a convincing performance against them. United have done it as well. Bought players after a good performance against us.

They will 100% have known about him and tracked him before that though. Similar to United and Ronaldo.

Hence my post saying the offside rules need to change. I want to see goals not two minutes of players standing around while a computer draws a line to show someone is three mms offside because of his stride.
