Premier League - Gameweek 16

Is this is what eveyone would have said back when Elton John’s face was at every Watford match years ago if social media and forums were a thing ? I recall that being a pretty cool thing not a slagfest. I think Sheeran is an ok guy.

No idea. Elton John is grand and is extremely talented. Ed Sheeran's a hack who's rehashed the same song about 15 times, has extraordinarily banal lyrics, claims to be Irish and has committed some awful crimes against Irish traditional music. Each to their own though.

I’ve never listened to an Ed Sheeran song so I guess I wouldn’t know. Didn’t know he was a bad person, but ok.

Why are the Chelsea and Spurs games kicking off at 7pm? Hope that's not going to become a thing.

True enough.

Doesn't get more Spursy than that.

But they have Utd on Thursday, so they'll raise their game for that, then bend over and lube themselves up for Sunday.
They’re far more likely to play shit against us then beat them. We don’t require much game raising.

Minteh taking 7 business days to fake that injury.

Players doing that (trying to get someone sent off) should be carded. VAR should be allowed to intervene there.

Not complaining about a goal being given, but that did touch his arm didn't it? Or does it have to be the goalscorer who touches it?

Accidental handball so only a free kick if that player had themselves scored. Stupid rule but fortunately didn’t impact that particular goal.

Bloom is fully off the rose for Hurzeler. If the result holds this would be 10 points dropped out of 12 and 15 dropped out of 21

Brighton crumbling.

Hopefully. The revisionist history on Welbeck can surely now be put to bed now. Side note Baleba looks a good player. Another great find by their scouting department

Brighton the very defintion of game raising cu....this season when you look at their results against top and bottom half.

That said Palace have actually been o.k for the last two months so they'll be back in the middle table pack very shortly.

I know Dunk is club's legend, but this season he moves like he is 129 years old.. That was painful.

Erm what? He’s been absolute quality this season and Brighton have fallen apart without him the last 3 games.
