Premier League Gameweek 16

One of those Norwich could play until midnight and not score games.

Anyone notice all the massive hype of Liverpool scoring late last week from all media outlets, but nowhere near the same energy for Chelsea? the favouritism is so blatant.

Wow. All of the top teams in the league and Manchester United ended up winning by a pen.

He got a SPOTY nomination aswell

Was genuinely the oddest thing I saw since Gravesen to Real Madrid.

He carried us for about half a season tbf. He was class for that period, electric every time he touched the ball, then faded like Amr Zaki.

Never known so many games decided by penalties, haven't seen them all yet but sounds like not all should have been given

Fecking hell chelsea fans how do you watch this team without getting a heart attack cause I almost did:wenger:

Ever since we lost all our midfielders, every game has been like this. We can't stop teams creating chances. We can't stop teams running through our midfield. It's basically a heart attack every 3 minutes.

Maybe they are forcing a top 4 race.

I mean they have to sell matches in Asia... don't they?

Just saw the City penalty decision - atrocious

Also Villa should have gotten one when Alison swiped at Watkins (?)

Again, to reiterate my initial point. If Chelsea had signed Dennis and not Lukaku, and Utd had signed Raphinha and not Sancho it is entirely possible that both would have done better for the respective teams at this stage of the season, than the ones who were actually bought. And therefore could have indeed proved better signings. Its quite simple.

That's cool. Glad you agree that Lukaku has been absolutely shite and a huge waste of money.

Difference is, Lukaku is a 28 year old who has a habit of throwing the toys out of the pram. His game will not change.

Sancho is 21, in a new league, getting visibly better game by game.
Tend to agree, i admittedly do think both will turn out successes however. My points were referring to up to this date.

I think Sancho regressed slightly against Norwich last night but he was awesome against Arsenal and Palace.

Not making excuses for him, but he needs players around him to be better, as his game is about smart, quick link play.

Bruno and Rashford were horrible yesterday and offered no link play. Still don’t understand taking Sancho off instead of Rashford.

Very soft penalty for Leicester against Kashoggi FC. Dive, for me.

West Ham robbed from a clear penalty by Jon Moss i the VAR-room. Good for us though. Guess it’s karma after the Ronaldo situations against them

VAR has no purpose by not overturning clearly incorrect decisions. Maddison is on his way down anyway.
