Looks like itAre spurs trying to mimick us?

Hmm Doku looks a bit selfish for me, doing a lot of smashing the ball towards goal...less of a provider for sure.
But as soon as his form drops then Pep can bring Grealish on. The benefit of having 2 quality players in every position.
I don't get the Doku hype. Looks like a very low IQ footballer to me. He's fast and has a decent dribble but decision making is off form Nani tier. Even his pass for the goal was a lucky deflection.
I thought he hit the defender's foot. Maybe I didn't see it right.Eh? It was a perfect nutmeg pass.
Mate I don't know what to tell you, he pointed to the spot. Everyone after the fact confirmed that Pawson gave the penalty himself, so when it was overturned it's a drop ball. The rule is idiotic but they followed it correctly.
In our games I see our players leaving players wide open.It amazes at how fast Man City get the ball back. Their pressing is something else.
Did enjoy Carragher giving his Spurs need to go long speech though just as we put together our best string of passes and were onto their back four.

Decent dribble? That's probably his best asset.I don't get the Doku hype. Looks like a very low IQ footballer to me. He's fast and has a decent dribble but decision making is off form Nani tier. Even his pass for the goal was a lucky deflection.
They have a legendary manager and know if they don't do as asked they will be on their bike. We have just let the players rule the roost. The amount of running Shitty players do compared to us is staggering.
Different league level to us.
And a fanbase which is turning on the manager before it turns on the players, despite a fair chunk of them letting three managers down (and counting...)They have a legendary manager and know if they don't do as asked they will be on their bike. We have just let the players rule the roost.
It is knowing what is the right thing to do. I agree the players need to take responsibility for their own performances and stop looking to blame managers/coaches. We don't know what is going on with the manager regarding the partial sale. Has he been given reassurances or the opposite. And a fanbase which is turning on the manager before it turns on the players, despite a fair chunk of them letting three managers down (and counting...)
Jack Grealish misses Villa game after kicking the ball away. What a nitwit.

I agree to give manager a chance, weed out the troublemakers. For goodness sake find out what the plan is for how we are going to play, if there is a plan and sign players to fit that plan. Lo Celso has equalised.I don't understand your post, so I don't know if you're agreeing or disagreeing with me.
But the fact is that we have multiple players who have repeatedly, under three managers (Ole, RR, EtH), shown that they are prone to decide that they simply do not give a feck about running and competing on the pitch. What makes you think they'll change as the fourth guy comes in? "Oh but they'll respect the new guy". Some of these guys did the same under Mourinho, so who's got a better reputation than him that we might go for? And if we get an up-and-coming guy in it'll be the same as with EtH.
At least EtH seems very strict on disciplinary issues, so it'll be something that he'll want to sort out given enough time. Going for someone else, we might as well get someone who's so excited to be here that he lets the players run the ship just like Ole did.
Seriously, bar five or six players I'd let everyone leave and start over with a motivated group of players that give their all, take instructions from the manager (whoever that may be) and seem like they care about their performances at least half as much as they do about their salary.

And yet they still gave us an absolute bollocking. This City team is genuinely horrid by their own standards.
