Leeds remind me a lot of Norwich last year. So lively and entertaining early on but so naive and could end up in massive trouble, just like Norwich.

They're all over Arsenal. Looks comfortably the better team. He's done a great job with that side. Southampton will do well to keep hold of him for another few seasons because there will no doubt be other clubs who will want him.
